Amazing Service😊

My 2nd review:

Bassanta and his staff have been absolutely amazing in accomodating us with our short notice private function event held yesterday for my son's motherinlaw's 70th birthday and we were so grateful with the amazing service they provided from the time of enquiry all the way to the pack up of everything after the event.

Bassanta was absolutely a pleasure to work with and he made our preparations so easy by listening to our needs and making sure we had an enjoyable and memorable event for everyone.

Mina the bar manager was so lovely and the gentleman that opened the carpark gate and helped me carry my things to the venue, the lovely ladies who helped with tidying up the tables and food area, the staff that helped out with the cleaning before and after the event, the staff who helped served the drinks and food, the chef and kitchen staff who did an amazing job with preparing the delicious food, it was so yummy!

I will definitely be doing more events with you again. God bless you Bassanta and your lovely, friendly and amazing staff and once again thank you❤️.

Just wanted to say everyone loved it last night!!❤❤

From the door staff to the waiters and waitresses on the floor and the bar were very friendly and always made sure we were taken care of. We also liked the friendly camera man that took photos. Please thank the waiter who looked after our table for drinks we didn't get his name but he was quick and always made sure we had drinks and the waitresses who served us were very friendly. So for everyone we gave 10/10 for service.

My guests were so happy with the food as they were hot and fresh and by the time the mains were served they were full because they had so much to eat but still managed to eat the mains haha so a big thank you to the chef and cooks for making sure food was fresh, hot and delicious. We would give 10/10 for food.

The floorshow was ok I guess to our Pacific Island standard it wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. Could have had more dancers and more variety. We would give it a 7/10.

The live one man band was good and we gave him a 10/10.

The DJ was also good but there were a lot of Africans last night and he could have played some nice popular African songs too. So I guess 9/10.

And last but not least I'd like to thank the booking team Debbie, Angela and especially you Rebecca. Thank you Rebecca for all your hard work in trying to get our orders done correctly and making sure our booking was confirmed and always on my back for payments which is good because sometimes I would forget to do it but please thank  your manager and staff for making our night a wonderful night. We gave 10/10 for booking team.

Very disappointed, called to make a booking was told that tonight a special was on for $49 (pp) instead of the listed price being $65 (pp) on a Saturday anyways went ahead booked for 2 adults 2 child with a high chair. I called to let them know if be half late and that was and hr before our booking.. on arriving noticed the place was packed with big loud group of females carrying on like they do which if I had of been told about the group I would have found somewhere else to eat, continue to wait at the door for service as the place seemed understaffed for having what seemed over 50 guest. After 10 minutes a waiter came over asking if we had a booking as tonight they are busy I advised I did that I called because we were running late coming from the central coast when we were sitted at our table it was hard to not say anything about the so called first course that was served before we were even sitted, salad was at room temperature and in sitting down and getting the kids sorted the staff we eye balling us waiting there chances to explain the menu because it's not straight forward but then wouldn't give us time to think what we would like so once we had ordered mains I then had realised how over worked the bar staff were talk easy 10 minutes to get a drink so after all this we think far out hope the second course is better because when the staff member was explaining the confusing menu he the add tonight $65 pp I was in stock as I was told $49 after thinking it was going to be $65 so after another conversation that took longer than what was need to be it ended up being $49 that should have been enough warning signs for me I should have just got up, but I like getting what I pay for and like to give second chances. So when we were waiting on the second course we were even more disappointed they complete missed out on our second course and went straight to the mains I asked for medium rare sirloin got well done and the missus fish was so salty she could not eat it. I have never in my life been so disappointed to the point I was upset 😭 just try take the family out on a nice night and all ppl want to do is take your money not give what U paid for then when you try talk to them literally said nothing I can do will be talking this to Australia fair trading plus no social distancing all the food in the pic was not eaten as was cooked to the point it was not...

OK, so here it goes. Made an order through uber eats spent over $200 waited over an hour(all good as expected). The food looked so good we wanted to order everything. The food finally arrived now I can feed my family. The food was cold even though it's less then 5 mins away from the hotel we were at(could've walked but we didn't know where the place was til we saw the map of the uber driver). •The lasagne was a small portion, but did taste OK after we zapped it in the miscowave. •steak and lobster-wouldn't buy it again the lobster was over cooked and chewy as. Steak was mentioned to be medium rare came well done. Had missing potato salad veggies you get 1 piece of brocolli 1 cauliflower 3 carrot pieces. • chicken san remo- it was somewhat OK 5 stars if you like sweet sauce 3 pieces of prawn came with that one. •$30 for tawook and lahem meshwi (beef) half a beef skewer,half chicken and not so fresh salad,1 piece of bread cut in triangles. There was more box then food to eat. •$18 mixed dip plate 2 small sauces and 1 piece of bread cut in triangles LOL. • Mac and cheese my kids love this usually but didn't want to eat it after the first bite just pushed it onto the floor. -Had a few missing items but you best believe I'm not happy considering the amount spent on what looked amazing but for me and my family's experience it just wasn't the case. I also understand the price difference using uber eats but this is beyond unsatisfactory. Even rang the restaurant but was told sorry just get a refund from uber eats. Then when I advised I'm leaving a review online the lady basically begged not too but na the people need to know what they're in for when ordering food online. I can bet bottom dollar if we went to the restaurant the food portions would be alot better, it would be hot and the salad would be fresher but I guess online orders who really cares customers don't see what they give until they receive it then you'll be hit in the face with just a sorry.
