Romano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sydney

We ordered a lasagna for dinner tonight. The quantity was not enough to justify the $15 price. We were really upset. It was only three or four mouthfuls. Even more disappointing, when I rang up to complain my upset was not validated, I was told that the price and reduced quantity were the results of inflation, the ingredients were premium (I don’t doubt that) and that my manner was not acceptable. I was also told I was the first person to complain. (In customer relations management, that is a very bad point to make against a complainant). I was not abusive. I was just upset. I was told “if you don’t like it you can take your business elsewhere”. And the person hung up on me. (Customer relations fail). Conclusions: the quantity of food was poor value for money by any measure and the response to my call was very poor customer relations. I have been a customer of Romano’s for many years. Exquisite pizza and pasta.

Romano’s has never let me down.

You always see the owners working there.

They are truly passionate about their pizza.

Their lasagne is to die for.

You must try the Romano’s special it’s my favourite.

I’ve eaten many a pizza in my time however these guys are unique. They have been doing it for more then 30 years and have it down pat.

Best pizza in parramatta by far (trust me I’ve tried al of the others) it’s the same quality, taste and texture every time without fail. I’ve eaten at least 200 pizzas from here over 3 years.

This is an excellent pizza shop with only one outlet, and its uniqueness truly stands out. The flavors here are unmatched—I’ve never experienced pizzas like these anywhere else. Our family favorite is the BBQ Chicken Pizza, which is absolutely delicious and comes with a pineapple topping that my child loves!

The staff are incredibly friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The shop also has easy parking, making visits stress-free. Beyond pizzas, they offer a great selection of pastas, adding more variety to their menu.
