We’ve got normal crossiant, lemon tart, and iced matcha. Crossiant was alright, lemon tart was good that I can taste so much lemon. Matcha was so normal. It seems so overpriced. I liked the environment, calm and peaceful to study. But I couldn’t sit longer because of coldness and wind. Definitely going back next time.

It is located inside of the Chau Chak Wing musuem, there are two entrance. One is via the musuem and the other at the back of the musuem. There is indoor and outdoor seating with more outdoor seating. Food were surprisingly ok. The crispy pork dish and the salmon dish was delicious.

This place has obviously changed hands and not updated their website and menu online. We wouldn't have come here if we had known, it is completely different and the quality of the food is not the same. My soy latte was curdled. Service is friendly enough.

Do not try Rueben sandwich at any cost

honestly don’t know how they dare to call it that. It has absolutely nothing to do with a Reuben.

I actually came here because of the stunning photos of a Reuben bagel they had online. But when I arrived, I was told those photos were from four years ago and that dish isn’t even on the menu anymore. I assume the chef who originally added it has long left.

What I was served as a “Reuben sandwich” was a complete let-down. Whoever cooked it either had no idea what a real Reuben is or simply never had a recipe to begin with. It felt like they’d been told vaguely how to make it, but missed the point entirely. The only similarity was that both had two slices of bread. That’s where the comparison ends.

Salmon bagel was also far from...

We went there for lunch on the Saturday of the Book Fair, so it may have been busier than usual. The two people working there were run off their feet. Despite the promises of the cafe’s advertising, the only menu items available were the few in the display cabinet. Heating food appeared to be the only kitchen option available. We waited half an hour to order then almost another half an hour to get a pie with tomato and lettuce salad and spinach and feta slice with salad. Food was OK. Also bought a lemon drink, which had a “Best before” date two months ago. Not...

I''m not sure what has happened to this cafe? Used to come for the great burgers, other lovely food, and peaceful environment. Now only pre-made cabinet food available Saturday & Sunday and only 2 staff members on duty. I had to return my order (even though I persevered with it) as it seemed very stale & inedible. Staff were very polite and made me something else. Regular menu (available weekdays ?) is very reduced - nothing like a couple of months ago. The staff were very polite though and I felt sorry for them having to manage on their own when...
