Ordered delivery through the subway app. Realized they may not have my unit number about 30 mins after ordering called store and was told that they would let said "driver" know. Called again 2 hours after I placed order and was told that they can't deliver because they don't have a driver and I'll have to pick it up. Asked why I wasn't told there was no driver to begin with they couldn't give me an explanation. Asked for a full refund they said a refund is impossible and I'll have to pick up my order. Explained I couldn't drive and all they could suggest was getting a friend to drive me to get order. After this I spent hours trying to find contact number for online delivery support with no luck just an online complaints form that required "restaurant number" that apparently should be on invoice but it definitely wasn't. Read moreWorst customer experience I’ve had. Place smelt disgusting and filthy. Staff member didn’t look too happy to be there, was very rude and bland. Pouting and throwing things everywhere. I ordered a ham and cheese toasted and she told me that I had to have tomato on it. Which I told her I didn’t want that. She continued to tell me I had to have it but then asked if I liked it and I said no she she took it off. Then made me a toastie instead of a sub toasted. My boyfriend then ordered and she put all the wrong things on the sub after asking multiple times for specific items. Instead of answering she grabbed a random sub and said nothing, giving me no options and straight up ignoring me as I asked questions. She also kept laughing as Harshul finished my order and made me feel extremely unwanted and uncomfortable.
