Very poor and rude customer service. We went to order at 7.20pm, closing time is 7.30. The server was making 2 subs already for other customers and when we wanted to order she said we are closed. On requesting if she could make a simple sub, she denied and said we are tired and working since morning. On asking the closing time her reply was very rude and to quote her “why are you trying to be…uhmm I don’t want to say..but we are closed”. Not sure what the problem was? Still 10 minutes to closing time, still making all the subs, the kitchen is operational. Won’t be coming back here or recommend anyone...

The staff and manager are mannerless and have bloody work ethics. They will try to rip you off by charging extra if you don’t pay attention on the exact price. I asked for a grilled chicken panini over which he charged $2 extra for no reason and I asked for a refund the manager created a scene. Furthermore, same thing happened a week ago when I asked for a brekkie sub at 11:03 am and they advised me it’s $1.75 extra after 11 am but there was nothing as such mentioned on the price list and After so much argument the manager agreed that it was the staff’s mistake. Worst subway...
