Edit after owner responsed: Understaffing is obvious. Using fresh tea is not excuse. On 8/8 around 5-6pm there was one staff taking orders and another female staff making teas (very unhappy face, banging cups and made loud noise) and there are 6 customers waiting, 3 panda orders (then was told they had to cancel panda coz too many orders in store), and 3 more customers waiting to take orders. Waiting time more than 15mins (I was told by the staff).

Another time (May or June) I waited 5 -7 mins in the queue only to be served to take order, because a young Chinese boy was chatting with friends in wechat while making order and changed his mind many time coz he was focusing on wechat. Another lady before me looked at me depressingly coz both of us waited so long and the staff didn't do anything.

I visited this store about twice a week.

Lots of things to be improved. but in owner's response I'm not even seeing the owners willingness to accept suggestions to improve.

Tea is always good but service keeps dropping. Always under staffed , lots of Panda orders just to delay everything more, disorganised and not solving...

Indulging in a blissful sensory experience, I ventured into Tea Spot, a tea haven that tantalizes the senses and transports you into a world of aromatic wonder. The moment I set foot into this charming bubble tea shop, I was greeted by a mesmerizing fragrance of tea that captivated my olfactory senses and beckoned me to delve deeper into its offerings.

As I perused the menu, I was impressed by the shop's vast and diverse selection of teas, each one nurtured with precision and care. With an extensive variety of flavors, ranging from classic milk teas to fruity blends and even exotic, never-before-seen concoctions, the Tea Spot offers a tantalizing adventure for every palate.

The shop's inviting ambiance, complete with soft lighting and limited seating, makes it the perfect spot to unwind and savor every sip of their delectable beverages.

The Tea Spot is an extraordinary gem that stands out in the crowded bubble tea scene. With its captivating aroma, wide range of flavors, and impeccable service, this tea haven is a must-visit for any tea lover seeking a sophisticated and...

My friend recommended tea spot so we were there today, but the experience was terrible. There were three staff and not busy, so after ordering my friend and I were staying in the shop with babies. Babies were walking around, while one of the staff was “advising” us in Chinese with anger, don’t let the children walk around the shelves, as there were something fragile. It won’t be proper attitude and the tone she said was actually rude and made us very uncomfortable. I can understand she hoped everything was safe, but if she would recommend in a polite and respectful manner saying it may hurt your children rather than saying small cups in the shelves are more important than a customer experience, or more important than a public safety, it will be more acceptable. The owner should train staff how to talk to others politely and with respect. By the way, the milk tea does not worth the price. No second shop. If the cups are expensive, you should fix them to avoid any danger to your little customers, Rather than yelling and shouting at customers with bad tempers and...

I have been to so many bubble tea shops and franchises and I have never had any other tea that tastes so much like actual tea - no syrup, no flavouring and no blandness, just pure legitimate tea with legitimate milk. Tea spot offers a good delicious and flavoursome selection of teas - green teas and predominantly oolongs with a variety of floral undertones (rose - 100% recommend, orchid and osmanthus). The toppings available are ones that can be found in other tea shops but that is expected given that their name-sake should be what stands out more. Similar to that of barista made coffees, the tea leaves are placed under high water pressure to really extract the flavour and essence of the tea. Regardless of either the fact that tea is brewed in such a way or how the tea leaves are combined and roasted, this tea really does differentiate itself from other tea shops. This place is my go to tea shop and I definitely cannot wait for when they start selling their tea leaves as I'm excited to brew their tea at home myself!!
