First time trying out this place as all the other bubble tea shops in the area were closed. I can say that I will never spend another cent at this shop. The owner of this shop seriously needs to understand that you can’t make a new employee who is on there first shift with no training be all by herself. I felt terrible asking for a refund because it’s not really her fault that the owner wasn’t good enough to train her up properly. I orderd a large Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea but they were out of pearls so had to substitute for another topping, so I chose Sakura White Pearls instead. Drink was yummy. Sakura White Pearl's actually reminded me more like Lychee jelly than pearls as they weren't chewy like pearls but slightly sweeter than pearls (which could be a good thing if you enjoy Lychee jelly more than type of traditional pearls). I found that interesting as this was the first time I've ordered from The Moo and I prefer drinking milk teas...
