Great food and service… It popped up in my Insta yesterday night n I thought I should try it out. We had a lovely tempura platter, which was perfectly crunchy n delicious ( not oily) An Arburi sushi set( grilled sushi of salmon scallops, kingfish ) , Teriyaki chicken Ramen… not your normal ramen noodle but like your 5 minute springy curly noodles; I liked it, flavour was good and chicken a plentiful.. I suggest you share between 2 or 3 persons if you’re ordering other things too😜, we also ordered teriyaki fish bento box, Salmon fish set n a crispy prawn maki big roll. We had plenty to eat between 4 of us. Very satisfying meal . We shall be back . The Chefs n waitresses were predominantly Korean . We had Korean chefs cooking delicious Japanese food!! Problem would be finding parking on the street but East Village is 6 mins walk away

Day 7 of zetland spice alley. Tried to go here another night but they closed early. Cool looking place - very Japanese. Welcomed in and sat down to some cool tunes. WAP playing and similar playlist 🤣🤣 We had Nasu dengaku - eggplant Teri broccolini $12.90 Ebi mayo- spicy deep fried prawn $17.90 Yaki pan fried gyoza- pork $12.90 Yaki udon chicken shared $18.90 We also washed down with Sapporo x 2 and yuzu sake x 2 Standouts - The eggplant was great miso glaze making the difference. The fried prawn with eggplant. Large Crispy prawn with mayo and spice - so good. !!! 😋 Thought we were finished and full taking leftovers home. We sat for another drink and enjoyed the music. We will be back for the ramen and Katsu curry.

Super friendly staff and tasty foods! I am a regular customer for a dinner and happy for their service all the time. My favourites are sashimi salad, grilled salmon rolls and chicken katsu curry while having a beer. Although I don't normally visit the place during lunch time, it is worth to try if you are looking for a decent meal nearby. It has lots of student customers for lunch, however, it is a good value for money. Most of bentos are between $12.5 - $14.5 and having lots of portion. **update** The menu has been updated recently (photos attached) and take away boxes look nice. Highly recommend Chicken Katsu Yaki Udon.

If you’re a sushi lover, Sushi & More is an absolute must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a cozy, welcoming ambiance that sets the tone for a great meal. The restaurant strikes a perfect balance between modern touches and traditional vibes, making it feel fresh without losing its authenticity.

The highlight, of course, is the sushi. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and you can tell it’s sourced with care. I tried the Chef’s Special Roll and it blew my mind—each bite was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. Their nigiri is a standout as well, with melt-in-your-mouth tuna and salmon that just melts away with each bite.

What impressed me the most was the variety. While they have the usual sushi staples, there’s a wide range of creative rolls and fusion dishes that make the menu exciting. Whether you're into classic rolls or something a little more adventurous, there's something for everyone.

The service here is top-notch. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, and they’re always happy to offer recommendations if you're unsure about what to order. They also take dietary preferences seriously, offering great options for vegetarians and those avoiding gluten.

If you’re in the mood for something a little more than just sushi, their hot dishes are also fantastic. I’d recommend the Katsu Don or the Tempura Udon—both dishes are full of flavor and perfect for warming up on a chilly evening.

Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you’re getting, and the portions are generous. Overall, Sushi & More combines high-quality sushi with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, making it a place I’ll keep...

We got to the restaurant at 8:50pm knowing that we had roughly an hour until the place closed. However the kitchen closed at 9pm so ordered quickly and the food came quick too. Before the meal, they gave us a complementary dish which looked like someone’s left over edamame plate, would have been better not serving this. The udon was good however the gyoza in it were definitely not cooked and it did not look like gyoza’s, looked more like dumplings which was disappointing. We ordered 2 sets of sushi rolls and to our surprise the rolls were MASSIVE. Never seen such huge sushi rolls before, it did not look appetising as these did not look like normal sushi rolls coming from a Japanese background. As they wanted to close up we felt rushed and packed the sushi and left at 9:20. Maybe it was the time but we really left unwelcoming and this defiantly isn’t an authentic Japanese joint. But would recommend if you are just hungry and looking for some...

I received the worse service when I attend the restaurant. I asked for the food to be cooked fresh so I was able to bite it because of having teeth surgery and needed this service for one day. I explained that it was only for a one off time as I always visit the restaurant. The order I wanted was already on the menu I just wanted to be cooked fresh so I don’t bite that much into the food. She refused to do this for me without explaining why this can’t happen. I wanted a teriyaki chicken sushi and she kept mentioning other options when specifically asked for that plate. I think she could have done the order if I was people of her own kind . It was a simple request not something that was difficult to do. We are human beings and not machines she should have cared knowing that I have surgery and was an emergency request. I will never enter the restaurant again because of the treatment I have received from them. I was a regular customer that...
