First time at this cafe. My food, iced coffee were great! The person at the counter really gave the impression she didn't want to be there and was a bit distant, which made the atmosphere a little unwelcoming to then stay and dine in. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. I would try it again!

Had a fantastic brunch at The Nest Cafeā€¦ Most pleasant serviceā€¦ had mortadella sandwich to die for with freshly squeezed veggie juice ending with an aromatic espresso coffee. Thank you, well done Ani, Harry and staff šŸ‘Œ

Not impressed. 3 coffees and 3 croissants purchased (takeaway). Waited patiently to see how long before I got my order. 4 people (takeaway) came (after me!) got theirs and left. I had to ask where were my coffees. Those came and left might have been small orders or regular customers ā€“ still ā€“ I ordered mine FIRST, Customer Service?!? (and my money) should be as important as those regular customers?!? I did tell you this verbally. I also think it should be recorded here for people to see.

I have to agree with Mac's review. Customer service?!? Excuses wouldn't improve your service. "4 people" that's not quite a "human error". It's a poor customer service. Accept this constructive criticism...

Ever since we discovered this lovely coffeeshop, the owners Annie and Harry and their friendly and helpful staff especially Mely..who is always so polite and friendly. Plenty of choices on the menu and even if you want something not on the menu, it is never an issue...Harry will fix it and the food and drinks is always fresh!

We are always made welcome and have been visiting this cafe on a regular basis. We highly...

Whilst this cafe is easily the best coffee in crows nest (for all the strong coffee lovers out there) the family is what makes this place phenomenal. Annie, Harry and their beautiful staff always make my morning. They are so kind and caring, always playing with my baby and asking how I am. Things that make a tired mums day without them even realising. Canā€™t recommend this...
