Top Juice Birkenhead Point — Restaurant in Sydney

I don’t normally take the time to give a bad feedback; however, since I’ve always enjoyed great products from Top Juice, I couldn’t be more disappointed with the smoothy I got from your store located at Birkenhead point Shopping Center. Although I used to be a regular customer, I hadn’t had a drink from any of your stores lately, my first surprise was the change of the lids, these flat ones instead of the previous rounded ones make the cup look much less attractive, but it was the minor of the problems, I specifically ordered an Açai mix smoothy, but it had almost no flavour and was so light, didn’t have the thickness that any smoothy must have, not sure if there's a juice with the same name and we received that instead of a smoothy, if that’s not the case, this is the worst smoothy we’ve ever had. Second time I bought fruit with yougart topping that I couldn't finish.Not going back. Got charged more than ten dollars only to find lots of hard pieces of pineapple core and oranges that were not edible. They were literally scraping the bottom of the tray in front of me when I brought it. I should have just said no and walked off.
