I generally don’t write reviews unless more than 2 dishes are bad. But in this case all 5 dishes ordered was terrible. First of all they served pho at warm temperature. We sent it back asking for it to be hot and I think they just microwaved it as the meat was so chewy after and the noodles just soaked in the soup. We fed it to the dogs after when we got home. I honestly don’t understand how they even did that? Did they not see the broth wasn’t steaming or the bowl wasn’t actually hot. I’m still trying to wrap my head around this. The satay was so sweet. You can taste the old oil in the spring rolls which it was fried in and they served it with bottled sweet chilli sauce not the traditional fish sauce that every Vietnamese food is served with. The crispy noodles with story friend came barely with any gravy sauce. Considering I’m viet myself I don’t understand how they served it this way. The squid was obviously cooked in the same old oil as the spring rolls as it also had the same taste. Seriously guys… do better. Not one dish was right and we are paying money to dine out and this was by far the worst Vietnamese restaurant we had ever tried. And customer service was not on. Learn to smile it’s not hard. Read moreThis eatery serves pretty authentic Vietnamese food with generous portions of food. They are also reasonably priced with no surcharges on public holidays or weekends. A really nice touch and well appreciated given lots of restaurants do have surcharges on weekends or public holidays. I enjoy coming back here regularly and a staple for good Vietnamese without the need to head to Cabramatta or Bankstown in Sydney.
Highlights: They accept both cash and card payments They do not have additional charges if you are sharing or minimum expected spend per person Food is always tasty. My favourites are the lemongrass chicken, grilled pork chop and combination broken rice. They have complementary tea or water. The staff are very pleasant and provide consistent customer service Walkable from the train station and near to a bus stop They have seating on street level and on the first floor.
A place worth checking out if you...

We went here twice and enjoyed both experiences.
We got the combination vermicelli salad, which was fresh and refreshing. The meat and spring rolls were grilled/fried well and paired well with the vermicelli and vegetables.
We also got the grilled pork chop with egg noodle dry. The dish came with two large pieces and pork and they were delightful. They were grilled well, so it had a slight smoky taste, and were also marinated well, making it tender and juicy. The egg noodles were slight saucy, savoury and chewy. However, the second we had the same dish, the noodles could have been a little bit more saucier as they were a bit too dry.
We also got the special beef pho. The pho came with a variety of beef and were decent. The broth was solid and the rest of the dish was well made.
Portions sizes were quite large, and prices were quite affordable....
