Voco Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Sydney

We have been regular happy dine in customers until today when we were given food that was not ordered. My husband told to the lady staff and said they will make another one. So the young boy staff came and said they will make another one and I said that's OK we will pay for it because we already start eating. In the middle of our dinner the lady staff came up and told they will make the right order in a rude tone. We received no apology and the food we were eating was snatched from our table. It was replaced with the correct order in a few minutes but the attitude and lack of apology makes us not want to go here again ever. This place is just around the corner from our place. We have been meaning to check this place since we moved to West Ryde a couple of months ago. It has a overall rating of 3.8 star on Google. I think it's a fair reflection. The food is okay, nothing special...I love Thai food because of it's fresh vibrant flavour profile and balance, unfortunately food here lacks that traditional Thai flavour punch. I gave this a 4/5 a year ago, but I went back this week and it was really bad. We had takeout one day this week, and the dishes seemed decent. Nothing great, though - maybe a 3/5. We went back later in the week just for convenience (it's near home), not for taste. However, that time settled it: it's really gone down in quality. We had three different dishes, and all of them were bad. The beef mossaman was really watery, the pad thai was too slimy and too sweet, and the laksa tasted like it was made from a packet with too strong tastes yet too much water. So...
