This place is so wonderful. We visited today with kids and they were so polite, welcoming and accommodating. Coffee was beautiful, food was incredible. I ordered the eggs and house beans, but they advised they had only a little bit of beans left and I could order anything else and they'd be happy to put the beans on the side. My son can't have tomato and they offered changes on their own accord, and offered to replace with avocado. They were all just so so lovely and so patient with us changing the order to suit dietary requirements etc. We had such a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back. Their beans are incredible, poached eggs weren't runny which was actually perfect for all of us, although may be an issue for some but just how we like it so no complaints! They forgot the relish we ordered and when I advised it was missing, they apologised, came back straight away with relish for everyone despite us only paying for 1 relish. Kids loved the food and kept...

Looking at the review score I am guessing we must have been unlucky? First timers who ordered simple food. Tea and a scone plus A coffee with french toast. French toast was saturated with syrup and completely cover with cinnamon. The scone wasn't fully baked and by the time it arrived I had finished my tea. Not the best first experience.

As there is no way to reply to the owner I have had to edit my review. The time waiting for my scone on the day was over half an hour. There was no way I would have been able to sit and wait that long again. To be honest I am shocked I gave 3 stars. Only you can make the reviews productive by make sure the food and service are better. I had thought of popping in the next time I was up the mountain, but after ready your comments to other reviews I thinks I would be better spending my heard eared cash somewhere that...

Was a cold day and there were no heaters going . Asked if they could be turned on and the very nice guy tried with no luck. He had to come back and say we have no gas, which he was very embarrassed about The lady in taking orders was very short and Sharp and was getting our orders mixed up when ordering. And then said is that all!!. to which we said we still have drinks to order. There was no communication mishap, just the lady not listening very well and trying to rush thru stuff which resulted in her making mistakes at this time.. The service was excellent from the nice young man and that was the positive.. Please when people post a negative about something here maybe dont come back with a fight on the review , has people will see that has a negative and may not come to your cafe .. we still stand by the young mans service he was a 10/10...

This is a wonderful cafe! Fresh, creamy and smooth coffee, an inspired menu, delicious baked cakes, genuinely friendly and helpful service, and so much more. I've been here a few times over the years, when I've been visiting the mountain, because it's consistently great. I discovered the cafe opened in new premises today on the diagonally opposite corner to the original location, and it's fabulous! All the amazing things about this cafe are still the same, but the new location is bigger and better. There's plenty of seating indoors, as well as on the verandah, overlooking trees. This is my favourite cafe on the mountain and I highly recommend it.

The toasted sandwich’s are fantastic we had the Reuben & the Cajun chicken. Both were full of flavour and the sweet potato fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. The only thing that let it down was the coffee and that’s only because I’m a bit of a coffee lover. I had a large almond latte which was a good flavour but a bit to week ( you could only just taste the coffee) & not hot enough, I would say lukewarm. But still a good coffee but it has the potential to be a great coffee. Saying that we throughly enjoyed our experience and will happily be back

Tried this place yesterday and its my new favourite brunch place in Mt Tambourine now. They offer takeout as well as dine in. They have an oudoor seating area made up of wooden tables and squares (seats) and provide you woth some games on each and every table to keep you occupied untill the arrival of your food. In their menue they have healthy meals and drinks as well as vegan friendly options. The staff were also super nice. The meals are well priced and you get a good portion of food in each meals.
