McDonald's — Restaurant in Victoria

I went to this McDonalds and before ordering headed to the upstairs ladies bathroom. There were two cubicles, - the 2 large toilet paper containers within each cubicle were completely empty. As the toilet paper was depleted, you would wonder, How long since these toilets were maintained ? One toilet bowl filled with exrement, the restroom overall was grotty, along with the floors in the restaurant and outside eating area. The disabled toilet downstairs also filfthy, but it did have toilet paper.

There were virtually no customers in the restaurant. I asked to see the manager and reported the condition of the toilets. He said he would get someone on to cleaning them .

I have to ask why is it a common theme with McDonalds that their Toilets, and often dining areas are dirty! It's rare to see any tables being cleaned. So much for hygiene protocols to reduce spread of Covid.

Please employ more staff and supervision to keep your Restaurants and facilities clean.

I rarely go to McDonald's these days and only went yesterday as it was the only place I found open for early morning coffee... completely turned off by lack of cleanliness and dirty facilities I left.

Another disappointing...

By far absolute hopelessly hopeless there new manager closes early and is very rude he is also accused me one day after waiting in line to be served for about 10mins at 900pm then we waited about 10 mins for our orders which were a tall cap f/cmilk 3sm were one order my friend got then mine were a saussage and egg mcmuffin and a large frozen coke i quietly sang a jingle "why is it taking soo long along a longtime " "i just wanna quick bite " i dont wanna dine or no wine " just the order of mine " " which is taking you a god damn long time " my friend the other customer who were present then heard him say "EXCUSE ME YOU DONT HAVE TO SWEAR PROFANITY AND BE RACIST TO ME "* I THEN REPLIED I UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES OF ANY WAY DID I SWEAR SIR AND I WERE NO WAY WHATSOEVER RACIST MATE!!!" HE THEN ARGUES THAT I DID YEAH AMD HE HEARD IT " My friend and the other customer both said "yeah " "she didnt swear or say any racist slurs at you " *(I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE MANAGER WOULD THINK OR SAY HE HEARD...

The WORST mcdonalds I have EVER been too. Where do I start! Ordered 8 packs of chicken bites for 8 kids and they were bought out cold and raw (pink in the middle) and given to the kids. Luckily I chewed one and noticed. The staff were very rude and had a little wait to be served as they were all busy whinging about what someone had forgotten to do! Then the kids had made a mess under the table the staff came to clean it before we had even finished expect in us to move the kids so he could sweep up the spilled food then telling me it's annoying having to sweep up the mess and he shouldn't have to. Then we visited the next morning to get some coffee and banana bread for the kids to be told that the banana bread is frozen and we can't have any then we get muffins and well I could have knocked someone out with it. The manager asked me what the issue was so I took it from it's bag and hit the counter with the muffin and she couldn't really have cared. At least she gave me my money back! Worst...
