Gone from 5 stars to 2 stars. Had to ask for a carry bag when it was very obvious I would not be able to carry my order that contained 1 bowl, 1 box, 3 condiment containers, while trying to juggle what I already had in my hands and hold onto an autistic child. If unsure if a customer needs a bag, ASK them anyway. Secondly, and my most annoying tripe over this store, is the LACK OF crackling given when ordered. If I order crackling, I EXPECT crackling.i went there TWICE this week and my first try was to get 3 pieces of crackling the size of my little FINGERNAIL. Absolute worst banh mi I have ever tasted. Had one mouthful, which was spat out, and binned the rest. Dry, black, burnt, giant chunks of pork that tasted disgusting. No sauce. No coriander. Almost no carrot or cucumber. Called the store to complain, Walter said he 'was on his own, in a hurry and the delivery driver is terrible'. Avoid this store like the plague. Every review of their banh mi is similar, the term 'worst I have ever had' comes up a lot. They don't care about feedback and have no actual interest in providing quality product. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY IN GEELONG!!!! I have just gone in today to ask for a roll make up as I do not eat coriander and AGAIN you tell me no! The last 2 times I went in asking for the same thing and he told me to come in earlier next time to get it done! So went in earlier today and told me no!
