Nice spot for a snack, meal or just a drink. Prices are mid range, given its a kiosk and not a cafe. I had a chilli dog, basically a hotdog with about seven jalapenos lined up on either side of the dog and a regular chips. I wouldn't recommend the chilli dog to a chilli lover as it had no chilli flavour, save the $2 and get the standard hotdog. Chips were good and the regular could feed two people as a side dish. The kiosk can get very busy at lunch time, an extra pair of hands may be helpful in the middle of the day (suggestion for management). Lovely views if you can get a seat and table, there are usually enough tables but a lacking in seats.

This is a terrible place. Bought pistachio ice cream ($6) one scoop in a cone but it wasn’t even worth $6. The scoop was left in the ice cream tub that the lady serving had trouble scooping the ice cream. She ended up giving each customer less than what they paid for. The nacho cheese didn’t really have cheese. The guacamole tasted old and with flour. It didn’t taste avocado at all. Not sure about the pickled onion on the na ho cheese. The fish and chips is the normal fish and chips you can buy elsewhere. I would recommend visitors to bring their own and enjoy the park by the lawn area.

Ordered pizza and hotdog. It took 25 minutes for the order to come out with the hotdog order incorrect. They took it back and then sent out another burnt bun hotdog which was disgusting. Order numbers were called out all over the place with hotdogs going to orders 20 numbers higher than ours. Staff did not really care and were abrupt at times to all the customers complaining. While waiting I observed so many hygiene breaches including staff picking up cups with their fingers on the inside. Horrible food, disgusting food and filthy area. Not a good look for a Perth premiere tourist spot.

I was really looking forward to a satisfying and somewhat healthy meal when I ordered the nachos with chicken and avocado. Unfortunately, my experience was far from it, and compounded by multiple frustrating issues. As someone who is health-conscious, I opted for the chicken addition for extra protein and the avocado for its well-known health benefits. However, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of the ingredients. The chicken tasted suspiciously like processed meat, lacking any real flavor or texture. Even more concerning was the avocado. It had a runny, unnatural green appearance, leading me to strongly suspect it was a processed product, likely mixed with inflammatory seed oils. This completely defeats the purpose of choosing avocado for its nutritional value. Paying a premium price for these nachos, I expected premium ingredients. Instead, I received what felt like cheap, processed substitutes. To add insult to injury, I took my order all the way to my favourite picnic spot, only to discover they had completely forgotten the chicken I paid extra for. I had to walk five minutes back to the restaurant, where I was met with a dismissive "Do you have a receipt?" Luckily, I hadn't left it at the counter like most people do, otherwise, I would have had no proof of purchase. This added unnecessary frustration and completely ruined my planned relaxing picnic. The service was not only incompetent but also lacked any sense of apology or concern. The poor quality of the food, combined with the incredibly frustrating service, means I won't be returning, and I would advise other health-conscious diners to avoid this establishment if they're looking for genuine, high-quality ingredients and...

One Star is too many. The food is expensive for the quantity. The quality is terrible. Service is even worse.

Wife and I ordered two fish and chips, one with an extra piece of fish. Paid 34 for it without drinks as their coffee machine was broken.

Waited about 25 minutes for this fast food, and they got the order wrong. No extra piece of fish. Asked them and they said I didn't order it. Pulled up the payment from Google pay and they said they would take care of it. Wife ate (so at least hers wouldn't get cold and I waited another 13 minutes or so and received an extremely greasy piece of low quality fish.

They didn't care at all. We deserve much better at our preeminent Park. The place should be ashamed of themselves, but they didn't even care.

They don't deserve anyone's business. This is not how we do things...

I took my family to Kings Park today to show them the beauty of the city and the park as they are over from the UK. I was appalled by the prices, specifically of their drinks. If you want to purchase a Mount Franklin bottle of water, get ready for a $4.40 setback, or if you want one slightly larger, a Pump bottle, it is $7! We want people to come to our city and experience this lovely sight, but when I, a local is shocked by the price, and two groups of tourists near us are also complaining about the cost and quality of the food provided, it does not provide a good experience. A real shame for those who want to get snack at the park. The website is also misleading saying they provide a 'quick, cost-effective snack'. Won't be using the kiosk again and would advise people do not continue paying extortionate prices if they...
