Location is great, convenient to have city tours. It’s spacious(1 big bed room, 2 single beds in another room), especially when we got a 2-storey on the side of the building. And neatly assorted kitchenware. The cafe downstairs offers breakfast buffet and it’s $18 for guests when booking with reception, instead of $25. But the equipment is not up-to-date. 1. Not central Air-con. Need to switch the bedroom air-con on separately. 2. Relatively older dryer, washing machine and fridge (noise) 3. One TV in the living room, no one in the bedrooms. 4. Poor wifi signal 5. Only one toilet for a place that can have up to 4 guests. Probably depending on what room you get. It’s better to confirm with the reception while checking in. Additionally: 1. The reception requires room deposit, even the room is fully paid. 2. Digital driver ID not accepted, and passport copy needed. Would consider staying here again if visiting Perth with my parents, not friends.

Most equipped rental apartment I've ever stayed in 1. We are family with young children. Stayed there for more than 2 weeks in 2 BR 2. Location is 20 mins walk to hay and murray streets. 10 mins to Elizabeth quay. (You can take any bus free of charge to EQ. The bus stop is infront of the apartment area). 3. Utensils and kitchen tools are very sufficient. No need to buy extra if you stay for long period of time. 4. They have small swimming pool. Gym and tennis court (you need to book in advance) 5. Washing machine, dishwasher and dryer are available in our apartment. And they replenished with equipments soap everyday Cons : 1. Cleanliness of the apartment Is poor 2. AC only available in living room. Nothing in the room. It gets really hot over summer time inside each room. 3. The sofa was the most uncomfortable to sit in 4. Wi-Fi is not totally free if you reach to a certain limit.

Really disappointed with our stay here. At first the apartment seemed good as the balcony on the first floor is quite big; however the first day we were there, the people apartment above us VOMITED on our balcony and emptied their cigarette butts onto our balcony. From then it was non stop, cigarette butts, fast food wrappers, empty bottles, dirty socks, tomatoes, balls (we gave the balls back to them), toys, shoes. We let management know and they were “very sorry” and “would speak to them” but it did not stop. On the last day when I complained about the piles of rubbish that was now on our balcony they were just really annoyed, did not offer to send housekeeping to clean and told us that the apartment above had been an issue for a while. So they still gave us this apartment, knowing that we would have this issue?? They did not offer to move us. We could not enjoy our stay being unable to use the balcony for the duration and left a week early. In addition, my 14 month old child pulled on the tv cabinet door, the tv cabinet fell forward and the entire tv fell on top of him. Management again did not seem to care that this happened, just concerned about the damage to the tv (which we agreed to pay for). We had booked because we are getting our flooring sanded and refinished so I still need to work (working from home) and the free wifi was so incredibly slow to the point of being unusable. The number of times I had to redo work because the internet would just stop working in the middle of something, it would cut out in the middle of web meetings, sometimes more than once. Hot spotting from my phone was more reliable than the hotel wifi. In the evening we could not even stream YouTube in low quality because it was so bad. We brought our chrome cast to keep the kids entertained in the evening but could not use it because the wifi would just keep cutting out. Couldn’t use the tv and couldn’t go on the balcony. Overall I just really regret spending any time in this establishment and wish I’d gotten an air bnb instead.

Edit after response from hotel: paying $450 for a replacement TV is not the issue, the frustration is that the front desk did not seem concerned at all a baby could pull the tv cabinet and the tv on top of himself in the first place. Rental properties need to have items tethered if they can fall on top of children, hotels should have the same requirement. Housekeeping cleaned the vomit off balcony the first time, the final night housekeeping did not come to clean the balcony and my complaint was met with exasperation at...

Absolutely amazing Apartments I tried two different apartments on the same Floor, one being a one bedroom and the other being a family apartment. They looked absolutely amazing and very clean absolutely immaculate condition and very comfortable and cosy atmosphere the staff are amazing and very friendly always looking forward to helping everyone of their clients to the point you actually feel as though your part of the Nesuto Family 🤗 I even had an issue with my locks on my suitcase and I dialled (9) on the bedside phone and the lovely individual on the other end was very quick to send up a lovely maintenance man to cut them for me . I also asked for a late check-out and they were very happy to accommodate me.

The best interests of their clients are always paramount importance and even small requests like may I have an extra milk so I didn't have to walk around looking for a convenient store at night. Safety 1st and I recommend this beautiful Business for a home away from home convenient location for all your hospital and business needs and absolutely loved my time with Nesuto apartments definitely a Beautiful Place to call home away from home .

Not to mention Jacobs ladder 100 m down the road which takes you up to king's Park and parliament house and 300 m from Elizabeth keys train station.. and absolutely loved the fact I can wash my clothes all in my room. Tennis courts and pool 🤭😊🤗 I don't think I can mention anything else .. except a lovely little restaurant on site and must I mention the absolute security of 24/7 front desk and underground parking. . I thank you all for my stay and hope to be...

We found the Nesuto Mount Apartments to be an ideal spot for a Perth holiday. We chose this place based on its proximity to the CBD and to King’s Park and also because it has rental bikes on site as well as a gym. The location was fantastic, right on the western edge of the CBD and just a short 5-min walk up Jacob’s Ladder into King’s Park. There is also easy access onto the Perth cycleways, just across the road from the apartments. Our room was comfortable and modern with a small kitchenette. We had a 1st floor room with no view, but we did have a large and sometimes sunny courtyard. I would’ve preferred to have a room a bit higher up, but our room was still good. The Wifi was excellent and the TV has full Sky programming. Everything was clean and well-maintained. All the front desk stall were friendly and helpful with all our queries. We rented the hotel bicycles on 2 occasions and had some amazing rides along the Perth cycleways and out to Fremantle. The bikes were good quality and in good condition and cost $10 for 4 hours. The gym had a number of good quality cardio machines, a multi-gym, and small number of weights. We had breakfast included and were very impressed with the small buffet – a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. Overall, we were super-impressed with this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly...
