Everytime I go here I wait an unbelievable time for the food. I waited 16 mins for chips today. Though that’s not the main issue, the female worker just stands around, takes peoples orders once there’s a line or literally holds a paper container for someone else to put fries in there. They are the slowest workers I’ve ever seen. Then she goes and stares at the screen with another guy but does nothing. Waiting for chips is valid if they are cooking but I can literally see there are some that are already ready but they do the orders in order. Which makes no sense cause the chips are right there and you aren’t doing anything else. Actually infuriating watching people move so slow when there is more than 10 people...

Ordered 10:15 on 2 Feb 2022. Unfortunately had a horrible experience this time. Normally I get a Bondi burger which is always good. Today I ordered the half chicken box. It was some of the driest tasteless chicken I have ever had. Tasted like it was made the day before or totally overcooked. Skin also had a bitter taste to it, like it was burned or grill not cleaned recently. Stay clear not recommended. Chips and garlic sauce was nice, but did not make up for a very expensive meal where main ingredient tasted like unseasoned rubber. Great front desk service. What a shame the friendly lady did not realise she served such a horrible plate of food with such a smile and...

Well, I already lost my appetite when I used their facilities after ordering. They are absolutely disgusting! If it looks like that in the kitchen then that's a food poisoning scandal waiting to happen. I had the VEGAN burger option of which I have to say was one of the worst I ever had. The veggie pattie looked grey and was weirdly wet. Also, the grilled capsicum tasted old and where was the sauce?? Ok, the salad on it was fresh, but that's it. On the bright side, the chips were lovely. Won't be back though. Staff are very grumpy...
