Domino's Pizza West Perth — Restaurant in Western Australia

BY FAR the worst Domino's I have ever been too. If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered food online for collection and when I got to the store they told me that they were closed and not taking orders?? I explained that I ordered online but the manager on duties response was to show me his screen and say he got no orders. I then went to my phone to show him my order through the online website. He looked at my phone and in a flustered state said because I chose to pay with cash on arrival he didn't make the order stating they were closed. Google stated they are open until 11pm and this was at 10:45pm and the order placed at 10:30pm and confirmed on the app. They also had the delivery scooter parked in the shop obstructing my entry. They were clearly in a rush to close up shop for whatever reason they might have. I did not receive an apology for this and the manager was incredibly rude and told me to come back earlier next time!!!!???? I left the store perplexed and disappointed as no other takeaways are open in the area at that time. I have been to this Dominos twice during the week as I moved in to a rental adjacent to the shop. On the other occasion collecting an order having received notification on the app that my food was ready, I stood inside for 5 minutes with the same manager sitting at a table drinking a smoothie ignoring the fact that I was waiting for service. The staff look miserable and completely unmotivated to be they're. Not one word spoken amongst them whilst I was in the shop and no one insterested in serving customers or even making you feel welcome. When the manager eventually got up to serve he simply looked at me and said "YES" Not hello can I help you or anything of the such. I have lots experience in Hospitality and have 6 years experience in Restaurant Management and I just felt obligated to write this review so that this manager and his staff get the reprimanding they clearly need. Don't even get me started on the presentation of the pizza. Undercooked, sloppy and dripping in grease! Never again will I go back to this particular Domino's and to be honest it's turned me off the chain altogether for the...

Received a phone call from the driver “Pina”who asked me to come down to the foyer to pick up the pizza, I politely declined explaining I don’t have any shoes on and I’m not really dressed for the foyer would you mind bringing it up please. What I received was poor attitude saying she can’t enter the building because of Covid, absolute rubbish. Pina then dropped the pizza at my door in the cold without even having the courtesy of knocking on the door so when I rang 10 minutes later and said have you gotten lost she said it’s at your door, I opened the door to find the pizza sitting in the cold absolutely stone cold sloppy and disgusting………

That’s me and Dominos over for ever!!!!!

The driver and the manager ended up ringing me after I sent them a video of the stone cold disgusting slop offering me another pizza and bringing it out. I just have absolute trust issues now with the store if they are prepared to drop a pizza at the door in the stone cold out with God knows what could be crawling over the food on the floor you just simply cannot trust them to...

Sadly the worst Dominos I’ve had. Shame as I buy a lot of it and it’s my closest store since moving to Perth. Got delivered with wrong crust, sauce not covering pizza properly , toppings covering even less of the pizza, plus undercooked for both pizza and garlic bread. No crispness or brownness to it. Basically cooked just long enough to just melt the cheese. The shake was at least good. But also the delivery person couldn’t even be bothered to leave the street to ring the intercom so phoned and clearly expected me to meet him on the dark street given he was still on the road when I came down stairs. Ironically he would have been able to leave much quicker if he’d just rung the intercom as I just get delivery drivers to leave my food on the bench in the foyer. But also meant there was not contactless delivery. Will try a further away dominos in the future in the hopes they hold up to the expected Dominoes...
