We visited because of the overwhelming review but it was one of the worse experience we have ever had in Perth restaurants. We arrived 1:15pm understand it was almost closing time, 80% of the side choices were finished. We ordered two standard sets and was told the tofu and egg dish (which was in the same container) had to be counted as two sides. Imagine paying $13.5 for a chicken drumstick, two pieces of tofu, one egg and a tea spoon of sambal. Btw the Sambal is very different from what I understood/had elsewhere (maybe I truely didn’t understand the cuisine). To top all that up, I ordered a boiled egg-noodle for my three year old. It was $5 and it was firstly served in luckwarm soup/water with uncooked (hard and sticky) noodles. It was not eatable so I had to ask them to recook. In terms of portion size, it was served in a small rice bowl. It also more looked and tasted like from a instant noodle packet instead of egg noodles. Overall, it was overpriced, small portions, very average tasting food and uneatable noodles. Will not going...

Read moresecond time went here after a long time ago. not so much change. the staff are still not the friendliest, especially to uhm, Indonesian. thats my personal opinion from my observation sitting there while eating.
food taste good enough, had so much adjusment to australian taste, so it's not as tasty as local padang resto in indo.
the only reason I give low star is because they refuse to give us tap water -even just tap water, on my first visit they also did the same- and only leave us with paying for the bottled water which so many restaurants didn't do that practice anymore for so manu reasons.
and I read that many people complaining about that and seem like they didnt bother...
