Grill'd Burgers - Scarborough — Restaurant in Western Australia

My boyfriend ordered me a burger from Grilled Scarborough yesterday cause is my favourite burger venue and I had a tired day at work so he wanted to make me feel better and he ordered himself a burger from another place. My order arrived but wasn't my meal, instead were only two juices in the bag, but not my drink nor my burger. He called and the answer was just to get the refund from Uber. Then I said, no worries I will order again from my phone directly with the Grill’d app, I was about to pay and I pressed the bottom “use my location” then I saw my address and automatically placed the order. When I received my receipt it showed the wrong address, so I called the venue to fix my address, one of the workers couldn't help me so he handled me with the manager on duty on Sunday at 5:40 pm, he couldn't help me either! instead, offered to go to the app and proceed with the refund. I was so upset about my situation, all I wanted was to get delivered a simple vegan burger and finally relax at home having my dinner. So we went to pick up the order from the venue even though I paid for the delivery, even though no one at that venue could just help me by simply changing my address, and no one apologised or refunded me the delivery I paid. Just as we walk through the front door we were greeted by a smiling young man who offered us a menu and Give us a few minutes to look it over and discuss amongst ourselves what we would eat. He invited me to the computer and took our orders asking each of us what particulars we would like on our meals and what we might like to drink. He could answer any question about all of the foods that we asked him about and was patient and polite. The kitchen looked bright and clean and smelled amazing. We waited for our meals sitting on the benches facing the ocean and watched the waves come in while we sipped our drinks and watched people pass by. The meals were large and the burgers were built like I would build them myself, All the ingredients were evenly spaced out and the sweet potato chips were fantastic. As we finished our meals the waiter came and discreetly cleared our table and left us to chat.
