I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to the coffee club. My friends and I ordered an iced chocolate, an iced matcha latte, and an iced coffee. Unfortunately, the quality of the drinks and the service we received fell far below our expectations. 1. Iced Chocolate: The drink All they did was add syrup, milk and ice (contained an excessive amount of syrup, making it overly sweet and unpleasant to enjoy. ) 2. Iced Coffee: It tasted stale, as though it was not freshly brewed. 3. Iced Matcha Latte: The taste was extremely off, and when we raised our concerns, the barista merely added more matcha syrup. This adjustment only made the drink worse. When I requested to exchange it for a different drink (a regular coffee), we were informed that substitutions were not allowed, despite the clear issue with the matcha drink. 4. Almond Croissant : The croissant was too hard to cut with a knife because it was old and hard, and they asked three times if they wanted to toast. Three times we were quizzed by the question, but replied that we didn't want it, and we got an old croissant with a knife hard to get into We found this lack of flexibility and attention to quality disappointing, especially given that we spent $32 expecting a pleasant experience. When we ordered 4 cups of coffees with our membership card to get one get one free but some reason it didnāt go through so we asked for using the other membership card than the Asia lady just told us canāt use other card as the order canāt cancel. We was very confused how come couldnāt cancel to use other card even we havenāt make any payment yet. We thought the counter ladies just lazy for re keying the orders again . End up we have been forced to make payment without using our membership card. After payment We really felt uncomfortable and back to check with ladies again for why we canāt cancel the order before payment and re order again using our other membership card. And this time the other young White girl came to give us the same excuse. End up we were very angry with those service from this shop as we totally feel we were been cheating When we want to use our membership but has been refused and end up pay double Price. š”š”š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬. And the ladies even told us NO NEED TO ANGRY. Looks like they have got used to treat customers like this.
