Archie Brothers Wollongong — Restaurant in Wollongong City Council

We went there today with the kids and decided after games to have lunch there. Ordered 3 kids chicken tenders a day chips meals and two chicken burgers.

It took forever to come, and then they didn't bring it all out together. A weird thing they did was give a small tray of crisps with the burger I'm not sure what that was all about so weird. The chicken tenders were almost black and extremely overcooked, practically inedible. And why on earth would you put Italian herbs on kids chips??

My husband didn't enjoy the burger, it wasn't nice and not worth $19!

They also got the order wrong and brought out one less kids meal than we ordered and more chips that we didn't order. So they had to ho back and bring out the missing meal.

Seriously it isn't that hard is it??

The waitress did gave us a 2nd jug of sprite but it didn't redeem their shortcomings. It's not like we asked them to build a car... they cook food for a business how hard is it to get right.

We got home and my daughter was still hungry because she didn't like the food and didn't end up eating even half of it.

Seriously disappointed. Went there during the 2 hours unlimited games special. Was told after purchase that certain games were not eligible but OK no problem. Then find out like 4-5 games were out of order. Then my card suddenly stops working. Staff tells me it's because it's only for 2 hours but I've only used it for 40 minutes. She checks my card and tells me there is approximately 1 hour left on it and gives me a 1 hour card. I later check against the other card I got at the same time and I still had 1 hour and 20 minutes. So basically got cheated of 20 minutes + 10 minutes of waiting in line so 30 minutes. The games got really boring quickly though but still...
