My husband and i had another beautiful dinner here tonight, we have been here quite a few times and the food is always delicious and fresh very generous servings and well priced, we have brought friends here too and everyone loves the food, the staff are very nice and friendly. Tonight we shared salt and pepper crab for entree which was so crispy and fresh then we had chu chee salmon and pad prik khing crispy pork belly with beans which were both amazing then for dessert we shared banana fritters with ice cream which was a lovely end to our meal. We definitely recommend Thai gong without hesitation.

I was craving Thai and since it was a chill night I decided to give this a go and was left shocked after ordering the Thai combination laksa and got a watered down variant of this and it wasn't really that full but the broth was missing some ingredients like the red spice they use in normal laksa but this laksa I just tasted coconut cream but what was more shocking was the price of $24.20 as I thought it would be around $22 without seafood as Sydney Thai restaurants have it at that price for seafood not just meat so first and last time I will order from them 😞

Edited review: Went back couple of weekends ago, seafood In the Fried Rice & Pad Thai that I ordered didn’t tasted that fresh & the spring rolls & curry puffs were slightly burned. Lady at the counter was lovely, even though the restaurant was busy with dine in & customers getting takeaway. She was pretty fast getting orders through & food came out in a timely manner. Tried out 2 dishes on the lunch special menu, price was pretty good. Food was very nice & authentic Thai flavours. Will be back to try out other items on the menu soon.

Thai Gong a overall good Thai restaurant.

The entires which were bought were Satay Chicken Skewers, and Vegetable Curry Puffs. The Satay Chicken had a good texture and a large amount of extra Satay on the side, the chicken was good but satay was just put onto if the chicken not marinated in it. The curry puffs were good the pastie on the curry puffs was good and fluffy. The filling was also very good.

The mains which were Green Chicken Curry, and Chill Basil Chicken. The green chicken curry was good but different to most green curry’s. The meat to vegetable ration was good on both dishes. The Chill basil was decent I felt it could of been stronger taste but still delicious.

Over all it was good the cost was not expensive at around $50, the Satay Skewers would have to of been the best out of the four dishes but none of them were bad.

I would rate this a 4/5 an overall good result and would...

Oh my god. Will not go there ever again. We ordered 4 different items. Red Thai red curry, vege laksa, chu-chi red curry and chicken noodles. ALL 4 have exactly the same curry base, tofu was so hard that we couldn't poke the fork in it and the chicken was probably rotten that the whole dish was inedible. Worst of all and Don't know how they make their curries but they somehow make it a near sugar sweet curry. All in all shocking experience. Still can't believe a restaurant can make food soooo bad. Broken all records of worst Thai or any food standards I have eaten till date. Usually, we walk out over eaten from a good Thai restaurant, but this time we walked out only to go across the road to have Mexican instead. Positives were that the service was fast and they accepted the bad quality and didn't charge...

Food was delicious, my boyfriend and I ordered take away and the staff were still so kind to us, met all our needs as soon as we came in the doors. They let us have a seat while we waited for the food and it came so fast! My partner and I got massaman curry and a rice to share (both very decent prices for such tender meat and rice cooked perfectly) , all of the food looked Devine and everyone in the establishment seemed to be looked after and very happy. Even the waitstaff. I applaud your welcoming attitude thai gong and I can’t wait to come there in person. Would recommend to anyone who wants to try new dishes or loves Thai food, a personal...
