Negative stars should be an option for this restaurant. My husband tried to be lovely by booking an 8yr anniversary dinner for us and when we ring to cancel/move our booking due to having to go to night shift at work not only does he get spoken to like a piece of dirt and told there is no booking in his name and he doesn't know what he's talking about but then gets told that that's what nice customer service is! Telling a customer they are wrong and can't use a website properly is nice customer service....? Right, good job to the woman who couldn't even ask "how are you" when answering the phone. $35 for a ribeye and no sides is just ridiculous. This was not devolved at the time of ordering otherwise I would have selected something else or ordered the additional size. Took forever to be served. Myself and eldest daughter had finished before younger child received her meal. Long wait for food which was ordinary. 20 mins to get a glass of wine!! Expensive for what it was. Staff were friendly but not efficient. Soup spins for dessert. Had to keep asking for everything. Non attentive.
