April 15 2024 My last Dominos pizza. For the price it was extremely expensive. Crust is cheaper and better but we ordered Dominos for home delivery. I will collect myslef next time from a proper pizza outlet. [Q3. Service Delivery]: Delivery driver is not responsible for the pizza quality and temperature.

This Domino’s is hands down the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered at 10:20 PM with a 30-minute delivery estimate—what a joke. Waited like an idiot until 12:30 AM, nothing arrived. Turns out, they don’t even use Uber drivers despite listing on Uber Eats. Instead, they use their own unreliable, unprofessional clowns.
After waiting 2.5 hours, I finally gave up and ordered from a real Uber Eats restaurant—guess what? Delivered in 30 minutes, no problem. Meanwhile, these cowboys claim they delivered my order at 1:47 AM—to the hotel lobby. What kind of service is that?!
This store is a complete embarrassment. The reviews speak for themselves, yet nothing changes. How do they even get away with running a franchise like this? Where is the oversight? Their hygiene is questionable, their service is non-existent, and their delivery system is a scam.
If you’re thinking about ordering from here, DON’T. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually knows how to run a business. Domino’s Australia should seriously inspect this disaster of a store before more people...
Read moreIf I can give negative stars I would. The store manager who worked on 5/4/2024 at 4.15pm was extremely rude, unprofessional and just toxic. He doesn’t know how to resolve an issue in a civil manner caused by him/his team but rather demands the customer to go through the hassle of coming back to the store to fix his mistake. He is the most unprofessional retail managers/employees I’ve come up in my life, hence why I’m wasting my precious time to write this review. He does not know how to talk to a customer or basic customer service over the phone. When I asked for his name he hung up the phone and when tried again he assumed I was one of his regular bad customers by saying “I know who you are” and hung up again. Mate I don’t normally take out from dominos! I prefer Pizza Hut and the only reason I come to Dominos is when I cannot be bothered to go far to Pizza Hut. Your food is average as it is and to assume I come there every time is just hilarious.
I will never come back to Dominos Wollongong and I’ll make damn sure others...
