Doya’s is a new place where Lechappe used to be. Doya and team were absolutely amazing. Super friendly, patient and very timely. The breakfast hit all the right spots and was very filling and flavourful. I enjoyed the Benedict eggs with chorizo (there are several options apart from chorizo). Their hollandaise is smooth and not the heavy-knock-me-for -hours-while-digesting kind. Super nicely presented and really good flavours. The spinach, chorizo and eggs all went together in synchrony. I forgot to ask for my eggs a bit runnier, but even without asking they came medium which was nice. My wife had the Delicious dean and she was also super happy. Think avocado smashed taken to another level with addition of poached egg and protein with lovely cherry tomatoes etc. servings are very generous without being overwhelming. I had the açai smoothie. Again lovely presentation and decoration with fresh fruit but also tasty. No compromising on flavour because of presentation. The flat white was right on. I do absolutely recommend.
