Hm, was kann ich dazu sagen? Mir fällt nur "großartig" und "erste Sahne" ein. Durch Zufall hat es mich in das Hotel und die dort ansässige Bar verschlagen. Den Abend könnte ich von einem der besten Plätze aus genießen. Definitiv DIE besten Cocktailbar die ich jemals besuchen dürfte. Las Vegas? Muss man nicht hin. London? Och nee! Stay local (mehr oder weniger!). Klasse Service, wirklich wunderbare handwerklich toll gemachte Cocktails und ein Hausshot den ich so noch nirgends getrunken habe. Preise angemessen. Für die Qualität und das Ambiente würde ich sogar noch einen Euro mehr zahlen. Graz und die Ernst Fuchs Bar haben für mich jegliche vorherigen guten Bars von Platz 1 gefegt (Nein, nichts in Hamburg oder Bremen kommt auch nur Ansatzweise an diese Qualität). Danke für den tollen Abend!

Tolle Atmosphäre, geprägt durch eine dunkelblaue Raumfarbe, goldenen Bilderrahmen und Holz. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr bequem, die Getränke sind ausgefallen und werden professionell zubereitet. Die Barkeeper nehmen sich selbst Zeit zum erklären und beraten, die Drinks werden von Kellnerinnen meist gebracht, welche sehr freundlich und gehoben auftreten. Eine Beratung vom BK ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kreationen sind sehr verschieden und die Barkeeper können gut erklären nach was es am Ende schmecken wird. FAZIT Trotz des eleganten Ambiente würde ich die stilvolle Bar am besten als ungezwungen beschreiben. LAGE Sie hat keinen eigenen Außeneingang sondern liegt etwas versteckt im Hotel Erzherzog Johann an der Rezeption gleich links.

One of the best cocktail bars I have ever been to. It is in the heart of Graz city center, therefore easily accessible. The cocktails are very delicious and innovative. The service and bartenders are great. It is a small but very cute place. Usually crowded, that's because of their famous cocktails. Prices are very reasonable for what they serve. I was lucky to get a place with friends each time I visited this bar but I would highly recommend to make a reservation beforehand as this bar can get full very easily in the evening. Location: it's right in the city center in the luxuriest Hotel of Graz. From there you have the most important connections.

Menu: super fancy - but super expensive (pS the Tikis come in a special Cup hihi)

Bathroom: was Okey but dirty due to human missbehaviour

Staff: friendly, but sooooo slowly. They could have made so much money as we wanted to drink. But within two hours we only got served 2 drinks, as it took them so long...

One of my three most favourite cocktail bars! The staff is top notch, they can recommend you drinks for your taste and these aren't the most expensive ones on the menu.
