Beautiful cafe, but the people serving you would prefer you weren't there so they can smoke outside.

I was here today, it's a wonderful autumn morning. Took a stroll in stadtpark, found this cafe and walked in because the door was open. I sat down. Nobody came. I waited for a minute and went to the counter, I thought perhaps they didn't see me come in. A girl who was smoking outside comes and shows me her phone and says "Its 8:58, we open at 9!" And walks off. I said ok, went outside again and waited. They opened at 9:01. The same girl came outside, saw me and walked off.

Here are my suggestions : Have a smile, you are in the service business If you are closed and don't want anyone to come in, close all your doors. Photo shows the open door. Your cafe is literally empty, it's not like you were frustrated after a long hard day's work, which I would understand. If you really are all about time, you opened 1 entire minute late. You should probably apply leave and continue smoking at home.

The guy that took our order was polite and everything went fine with him. Unfortunately the lady that was preparing our coffee was incredibly rude and every time she had to repeat something (because we couldn’t hear her) she became more and more aggressive. Eventually when my friend told her that she could serve the usual amount of milk she poured the whole jar of milk into the cup, swearing at us in German. We might not be speaking German but we know as much that calling customers bad words is not a way to go when you work in customer service. Terrible experience. That’s a pity because my...

we were there at around half past nine, We had a little mixup with our reservation, but the staff was so friendly and nevertheless found us a place to sit and also reopened the kitchen for us again. The food was really amazing, they have a also a variety of vegetarian dishes. The looked really nicely prepared and also tasted Great. Thanks the team again for our warm welcome and for the professional handling of our situation. We will for sure...
