Chinese Cuisine Canton — Restaurant in Innsbruck

We went there during dinner time. It has anything like Chinese restaurant vibes, casual and suitable for group dining. But the place was quite dark. Should have arranged better lighting.

Varieties of the food is good, they have fish, beef, chicken, pork, shrimp and anything you would want from Chinese menu.

We ordered sweet and sour chicken, spicy stir fried beef, noodle with beef, crispy duck, and another crispy duck with spicy asian authentic sauce. Noodle with beef was okay, it tastes like Japanese yakizoba. Sweet and sour chicken was fine, very flavorful and quite delicious. The portion was quite large and worth the price. What we liked most is the crispy duck. It was tender inside but a bit crispy on the skin. Taste delicious too. And the portion is reasonable for the price. I personally recommend this dish.

Service was okay. But what we didn’t like is the price of tap water which was quite expensive (1 euro for small glass). All in all, it was fine and nice restaurant. Some dishes were delicious and taste so flavorful. Would come back here again if there...

Ich war nach 1 Jahr wieder einmal im Restaurant Canton zum Mittagessen. Wir haben das Menü für 2 Personen bestellt. L1 zum Trinken haben wir Jasmin Tee bestellt.

Erste Vorspeise: Suppe, in neuen Tellern serviert. Geschmack: genau richtig, nicht zu scharf und trotzdem super Geschmack, absolut Top.

Zweite Vorspeise: selbst gemachte Frühlingsrolle. Geschmack, absolut Super, erste Qualität, vor allem für mich wichtig, schön trocken und nicht fettig wie bei vielen anderen.

Haupt-Speisen: Hühnchen gebacken, mit Reis und für mich mit süßer selbst-gemachter, frischer Sauce. Tipp-topp.

Ente mit Gemüse und Reis. Der pure Wahnsinn. Fein gewürzt und alles frisch zubereitet.

Sieben Schätze, leicht scharf, aber nicht zu scharf. Mit Reis und etwas scharfer Sauce. Natürlich auch hier alles frisch zubereitet. Diese Haupt-Speise war das absolute Highlight für mich.

Nachspeise: Gebackene Bananen mit Honig. absolut lecker und köstlich.

Abschluss: Pflaumen-Wein für die Verdauung. Und zwar der richtig gute Pflaumen-Wein. Qualität absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben über 1 Stunde vorzüglich gegessen und getrunken. Die Qualität ist nur vom besten und alles frisch zubereitet. Die Bedienung war super freundlich. Mit toller Aussicht auf die Maria Theresia, Bracht-Straße. Sofern man am Fenster sitzt.

Dieses China Restaurant kann ich jedem empfehlen, der einmal in Innsbruck ist. Und auch eine Empfehlung an alle Innsbrucker, die noch nie in diesem Restaurant waren. Besser...
