Noodlelicious & more — Restaurant in Innsbruck

We are 3 Chinese girls who was craving some Chinese food after a week of European cuisine. Seeing that we are chinese, the owner/chef did not offer us a standard menu. Instead, he suggested for us to try the beef noodle & plate of stir fried vegetables. All was good up until the bill came. We were shocked to see that apart from the chow mien (€3.50), the plate of vegetables came up to (€7) and the beef noodles (€9). Nothing on the printed menu costed more than €7 so we were a rather disappointed that the chef’s recommendation turned out to be more expensive than we thought. The beef noodles was especially shocking since it contained just a few slices of beef and a lot of noodles which tasted rather bland. Awful food. I ordered noodles with chicken. The noodles were with no taste and the chicken had an awful smell and taste. I took the food for take away and when I left the restaurant my clothes and hair had a “fried” smell. Also, I wanted to pay with card since I had no cash and the ladies there said we accept cash. However when I told them I do not have any cash they magically brought a POS and they charged me 0,40€ more since I paid with card (of course none of them speaking English so communication was also difficult). Ich habe um 14:00 Uhr über Lieferando bestellt, die Lieferung wurde bestätigt. Nach über zwei Stunden Warten habe ich beim Restaurant angerufen – dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass gar keine Lieferung möglich ist, obwohl das bei der Bestellung nirgendwo stand.

Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da die Mitarbeitenden kaum Deutsch sprechen. Statt einer Entschuldigung wurde mir in einem sehr unfreundlichen Ton gesagt, ich solle das Essen selbst abholen. Als ich es dann um 16:30 vor Ort geholt habe, war es natürlich kalt.

Das Essen selbst war eine Enttäuschung: Das Fleisch war zäh, trocken und ungenießbar. Geschmacklich insgesamt einfach schlecht und absolut nicht das Geld wert.

Besonders ärgerlich: Ich habe 5,99 € Liefergebühr gezahlt – für eine Leistung, die nie erbracht wurde. Eine Rückerstattung wurde mir nicht angeboten, (nur das Lieferando sich bei mir meldet) obwohl der Fehler eindeutig beim Restaurant bzw. bei Lieferando liegt.

Ich finde es extrem unprofessionell, dass Restaurants auf Lieferando weiterhin als lieferfähig angezeigt werden, obwohl sie es gar nicht sind. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Kunden haben ein Recht auf verlässliche Informationen, höflichen Umgang und funktionierenden Service – hier hat nichts davon gestimmt.

Ich werde hier definitiv nicht mehr bestellen und kann es auch niemandem empfehlen. Wer Zeit, Geld und Nerven sparen will, sollte lieber woanders bestellen.
