Wilten Brunch&Bar — Restaurant in Innsbruck

We had a really bad experience. First of all, you can not hear anything (even from your table colleagues) in this place and they should really work on the acoustics of the interior. When we asked them to atleast turn down or turn off the music which you could not hear anyway, the waitress claimed its not possible.

It took way too long to get our food. We sat more than an hour waiting and getting more and more hungry. Eventually they even brought a wrong menu for one of us and did not even apologize.

They never cleaned our table. We had to stack stuff on seats so that we would have enough room for our food when it eventually came. When the restaurant started to get emptier they still didnt come to clean our table but started to clean rather other tables in the restaurant.

Never again will I go this...

We visited Wilten Brunch & Bar early in the morning while looking for breakfast in Innsbruck. Luckily, we managed to get a table for three, as most of the seating areas were already reserved — a clear sign of the restaurant’s popularity.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attentive staff and a beautiful interior that also offers outdoor seating. The breakfast menu is varied, including vegetarian options, and the food quality lived up to expectations. Prices are slightly above average, but the taste and presentation make it worthwhile.

A nice detail was how the bread is served in a paper bag, making it easy to take leftovers with you. Overall, Wilten Brunch & Bar combines great food, friendly service, and a lively vibe — definitely...

Ich habe dieses Lokal nun zwei mal besucht. Einmal heute gegen 12:15 und einmal vor zwei Wochen am Sonntag ungefähr um dieselbe Zeit.

An diesem besagten Sonntag waren wir zu zweit und wurden zwar wahrgenommen und bedient, haben aber mehr als 60 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet - man sollte also nicht hungrig oder ungeduldig sein, wenn man Sonntags gegen die Mittagszeit hier herkommt. An dem Tag war das Lokal bumvoll.

Man hat sich zwar entschuldigt, jedoch leider erst als die Rechnung kam. Da gingen dann die kleinen Croissants (siehe Foto) aufs Haus, danke dafür das war ein Pluspunkt.

Das Service ist jedoch allgemein wirklich verbesserungsbedürftig. Man wurde nicht einmal gefragt ob alles passt oder man was braucht. Speziell wenn man draußen sitzt, muss man darauf hoffen, dass mal jemand vorbeikommt.

Heute habe ich das Lokal betreten, bin zur Theke hin um meinen Impfnachweis herzuzeigen - der hat die Mitarbeiterin nicht interessiert. Sie meinte ich sollte mich setzen und ihn da dann herzeigen.

Gesagt, getan! Ich habe dann draußen im Freien Platz genommen und wurde 15 Minuten weder wahrgenommen noch gegrüßt. Das ist meines Erachtens nach zu lange, vor allem wenn man Gäste bedient, welche ! nach mir ! Platz genommen haben!

Währenddessen hat eine Mitarbeiterin sogar zwei mal zu mir geschaut. Selbst als diesen Gästen die Getränke gebracht worden sind, ist man einfach an mir vorbei.

Als ich dann sichtlich verärgert zu einem Kellner gegangen bin, hat dieser mir eigentlich nur blöd ins Gesicht gelacht und gemeint es bleibt ihm nichts anderes übrig als sich zu entschuldigen.

Das sehe ich ehrlich gesagt anders - Man hätte immer noch das Beste draus machen können.. zB.: höflich fragen, ob ich nicht doch bleiben möchte oder mich auf nen Kaffee einladen können!

Schade eigentlich, weil ich bin heute eigentlich wegen eurem tollen Grieskoch (ebenso am Foto) wiedergekommen. Das hat mich nämlich bei meinem 1. Besuch...
