McDonald's — Restaurant in Linz

I visited this McDonald's often for convenience, but almost every time, I had a bad experience.

The wait times for one or two menus are 15+ minutes. The menu is very small, lacking advertised products. Fries are often stale. The staff is unfriendly, and the restaurant does not serve most items or seating arrangements more than 30 minutes before closing. When dining in, there are never any table service tents available, even though they are available as an option on the order terminal. When ordering to-go, the paid-for items are often forgotten.

I have had an absolutely horrible experience every time I visited this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. I think other reviews attest to...

Totally horrible experience. Very rude and unfriendly staff. One of the staff, shouted at my kid for taking a seat in the cafe and she very rudely chased the kids out saying it was closing time but it was just 20:15 PM while the store was said to close at 21:00. I escalated this but the manager lady was least bothered to even come or even enquire about it. Shame on...

The staff are unbelievably rude. Everytime I have to go there out of convenience because is close to my apartment, I just hate myself because of the way I am treated. Please if you do not like your job and you do not like to talk politely to people with a smile on your face, change your career. Moreover, the fries were heated up from the previous night. Really...
