Arrived here for again this year We.were seated for.2.mins and . A waitress spilled a whole tray of 6 beer s or more all over me that was going to the table next to OURS HER tray was clearly overweight which she could not manage ..she spilled the whole tray over me and i was drenched and I was spectacle.of the restaurant .. I had to.leave and get a taxi to our apartment to get changed and leave my wife and kids there at the restaurant .. When we i returned most staff avoided me .. At then end when we asked bill... They offered me free shot as a peace meal..... I was gobsmacked at the lack of responsibility of what had happend .. My Jumper destroyed by beer and wine .. Had to get a taxi too and fro to the restaurant No.offer to cover the dry cleaning bill or taxi nor was i asked ??? No manager present ?? Then received a bill for 156euro for 2 burger and overcooked chips , chicken salad and snitzel and overcooked chips .. Absolute Joke !! They need a manager again on the floor if there charging this kind of prices .
Very Disapointed ...

Read moreMy fam & I cannot understand why ratings are so low for this place! We went twice & both times were pretty solid.
The vibe is very casual & laid back, with an extensive menu including Austrian traditional food.
The spätzle was the best we had in St Anton (& we had this everyday around town & slopes!), and we came back a 2nd time for it.
We started with The salad with chicken (had a nice light dressing with a big portion), garlic soup (creamy and delicious), & garlic bread (standard).
The beef ribs were "just OK", I had the duck (on the Christmas menu) & it was cooked very very well, & the cheesecake & kaiserschmarnn were both given 2 resounding thumbs up.

Overall, it’s a nice place with good food, perfect for a...
