احذرو احذرو من هذا المطعم ينصبون ويخدعون في الفاتورة كنت عندهم الجمعة تاريخ 2/8/2024 الساعة 5 مساءً وطلبت برجر دجاج ب 17 يورو وباستا بالدجاج 23 يورو المجموع 40 يورو وعند حضور الطلب لم يحضرو معه صحون ولا شوكة ولا سكين وطلبت من الموظفه 3 صحون فاضية لتوزيع الاكل واحضرتها وبعد دفع فاتورة الحساب تم التدقيق في الفاتورة ووجدة المبلغ الموضوع 50،50 يورو وقمت بسؤال الرجل الجرسون حاول الكذب ان قيمة الصحن الفاضي 3،50 يورو يعني قيمة 3 صحون فاضية 10،50 ولاكن حينما عرف انني اكتشفت الاحتيال تأسف وقال نحن غلطانيين وسوف نسترد لك مبلغ الصحون واخذني الى الكاشيرة اللي لابسة نظارات ويقول انها المديرة وحاولو تقليص المبلغ ولاكن دون جدوى وافادوني اننا قمنا بالغاء العملية وانه حينما يتم الخصم من حسابك فإنها سوف تعود عليك عملية عكسية ويجب عليك الان دفع 40 يورو للاكل فقط فقمت بدفعها ووصلتني رسالتين من البنك بخصم المبلغ الاولى 50،50 يورو والثانية 40 يورو يعني دفعت مرتين . الفواتير مرفقة . والمبلغ تم خصمه من حسابي ولم يسترجع .

My 2nd time in the restaurant. Previously I had the risotto with trout. Food never disappoints and is delish. My previous younger server was a delight too.

This time, there is a hiccup. Micro-aggressive racism by one of the older waitress. She didn't recognized the cultural difference that menu is served the moment customer sat down as a acknowledgement of their presence (plus some of us had to keep to the cog railway schedule which is os. the restaurant).

She openly complained to a fellow waitress in English, specifically pointing to Asians being impatient. To me, that is uncalled for and unprofessional. So, in short, it is luck of the draw if you aren't white and visit the restaurant, just be mentally prepared and ignore or choose plenty of other options in St....
