I am Asian, and my entire 4-day trip was completely ruined after visiting this place. Not all of the staff here are racist — there are some very kind employees — but the man with the thick, magnifying-glass-like glasses and the woman who greets loudly with 'Hallo' are clearly racist. The man with the glasses led us to a dark, depressing corner of an empty room. When we politely asked if we could sit inside the main dining area, the woman stepped in and guided us straight to the very back of the restaurant — a spot where other Asian guests had already been herded together. If you visit this restaurant, you'll likely witness the bizarre sight of all the Asian guests crammed into the farthest corner. I recently dined at Dorf-Alm, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.

To start, the staff was rude and seemed impatient throughout the visit. Simple inquiries were met with curt responses, and communication overall was poor. Shockingly, when I asked about IPA beers, none of the staff seemed to know what it was – surprising for a restaurant with a bar menu.

The food was equally underwhelming. The schnitzel was tough, firm, and chewy – far from the crispy and tender dish I had hoped for. The fish, on the other hand, lacked any seasoning whatsoever, while the soup was overly salty, leaving an unpleasant imbalance in flavors.
