Worst Service Ever.

I haven't tried food even I have been there.

I was waiting 'INSIDE' in the restaurant for 5 mints and I saw many staffs are free. But they don't even welcome my visiting even they saw me many times. Finally I sit down the table and pointed my finger at the menu plate and asked about the menu. But the staff removed my finger using another menu board.

I was very shocked very embarrassed. IT WAS AMAZING SERVICE THAT I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. That's why I left this restaurant right after the happening.

They made my worst day. They made me prejudice of Austria. They made me write down this comment what I don't want. They made me never come back to Austria.

I am not a rude person and I can speak English. I guess they ignore Asian people all the time that's what I feel.

The restaurant is adorable and serves up good coffee and breakfast. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable beds, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and very clean. However, if you are sensitive to noise at night, this isn’t the place for you to stay during the warmer months when you want the windows open. There is a loud bar across the street that is open until 1am (even on Sundays) and the surrounding buildings are also active with outdoor parties and such until well into the early morning hours. In the morning there are delivery and garbage trucks, so no sleeping in either. No darkening curtains in the master bedroom, where they are needed due to bright street lights. The kaffeewerkstatt is an interesting coffee shop with a very unique decorations...each part of the coffee have unique decorations different from the rest ..when it comes to service and food...the sweets very delicious and staff are very friendly...
