This restaurant has the most spectacular location! We did not hesitate to be seated on the deck by the Wolfgang Lake panorama view! So the first impression was undeniable. We first ordered some drinks. All of us did not have alcoholic drinks. There were non-alcoholic beer for my brother, mocktail for myself, and non-alcoholic wine for my mum. It was great for the weather and the chilling vibes by the view. The dishes we ordered were schnitzel, fried chicken, and sea bass. To be honest, we had just had the best Austrian meal before this one so unfortunately this dinner could not compare. It wasn’t bad of course, but it didn’t wow us much. They were all tasty but maybe slightly above the average; the view though complimented everything so we couldn’t complain. We did enjoy the time. I personally found the schnitzel quite nice with the cranberry jam. The texture and the flavor complimented each other perfectly. The chicken was too dry according to my brother. An absolute disappointment and a negative dinner experience! We didn't expect this after reading the reviews. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were 10-15 empty tables on the terrace, but we could only sit inside. We didn't want anything special, we just wanted to eat a traditional, delicious Wiener schnitzel, but I've never eaten anything worse than the - supposedly BIO - veal schnitzel served: half-raw and tasteless meat, unfried oily breadcrumbs, parsley potatoes swimming in oil. This wouldn't even reach the appropriate level in an elementary school canteen. This quality is a shame for a popular resort restaurant. Absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The service was shockingly bad — rude, unprofessional, and outright discriminatory. The hostess named Mary had a disgusting attitude, especially toward foreigners — Asians in particular. She was hostile from the moment we walked in and treated us with obvious contempt. I’ve never encountered such blatant disrespect in any restaurant before.

The food? Mediocre at best — definitely not worth tolerating that kind of treatment. It’s beyond me how someone like Mary is allowed to represent the restaurant at the front. A complete disgrace.
