Please hire more people. We went to this place with my mom, judging it by the great Google Maps reviews. We found an empty table and made an order. It was obvious that the staff was really busy running around and trying to serve everyone, but it still felt like total chaos. I saw some people couldn't get a menu for about 10 minutes after being seated. But the main point is that the waiter apparently forgot to pass our order to the kitchen since it had been more than 40 minutes since we made our order, and we started to notice that people who came long after us were getting their orders (similar orders or even the same food, it was pho as well) while we were still sitting with an empty table. So I asked the waiter about our order, and he didn't even remember what our order was, then told us he would check with the kitchen. He didn't even say "I'm sorry" or anything, and we didn't have any timing warning beforehand. So we waited for another 5 minutes, still didn't get our food, and left. Please teach your staff to accept their mistakes and...

I was craving vietnamese when we arrived in Vienna and found this place on google map. Glad we found it, the restaurant is new- just opened 5 weeks ago but already received so many positive reviews from people. We loved it because one of the owners was sitting next to us and started chatting with us, he told us about Vienna and even wrote us a list of places to go! It was so kind and thoughtful; and really made us feel welcomed into the city. He was really kind with our kids too.

We had the beef fried rice, shrimp fried rice and beef pho, with ginger lemon tea. Everything was good and serving size was good too. I want to come back and try the bahn mi and Vietnamese coffee! Please come and support this local family owned business. You wont be disappointed. It is centrally located too.

My only feedback is that it would be nice to have background music in the restaurant (or maybe it’s because I have loud and talkative kids I notice it more when everyone else is...

Fantastic Vietnamese restaurant. Packed with flavor from the Bún bò Huế, the vegetarian fried rice dish my wife had, to the lovely refreshing house-made elderflower soda. I appreciated how you could increase the level of spice to your own desire as they offered a home-made chilli paste to add and, for those more adventurous, fresh sliced chillies. I ended up adding some of both which made for a firey bowl made from heaven - Great! I was pleasantly surprised by the rice-paper pork and shrimp rolls I ordered. These usually come out cold in restaurants who premake and refridgerate. This was not the case here. Clearly these were made on the spot and I can say they were the best I have ever eaten. Lastly, the waitress and owners were extremely welcoming for my me, my wife and infant. What a warm and vibrant place. Highly recommend on all...

An‘s kitchen was a 5/5 when it comes to cleanliness. They even wore gloves in the kitchen. Appetizers were fine, tasting as good as the other Vietnamese restaurants in town. The noodle soups were relatively underwhelming. We ordered a Pho and a Mi Quang Ga. Both used the same broth and same kind of rice noodle, but differed in the condiments. The noodle in Mi Quang Ga was a little undercooked. Decent service. Pleasant to sit as there was no music. Though I like their mango salad a lot, it‘s not a 4.8 for me (current ratings on Google, March 2025).

BIG YUM!! The food here is delicious with a vegetarian/vegan option for nearly every dish offering. I got the vegan wonton soup which came out super hot with excellently crisp wontons. The passion fruit soda was also really refreshing and bubbly. For the main I got the vegan bánh mi sandwich and it was scrumptious!! I added a touch of sriracha to it for that chefs kiss. If you’re looking for good vegetarian/vegan options - this place has you covered!
