La Stella Italienische Apericafè - Gastroshop — Local services in Vienna

We wanted to get a quick snack and found the place, unfortunately the order was wrong, ordered the pistachio cake( I don’t know what it’s called in Italian ) and got chocolate filled instead of pistachio on top of all of that it was old and hard and not fresh at all, also we don’t eat meat and wanted the vegetarian focaccia unfortunately the menu was written in Italian and ordered the wrong one, when I wanted to ask for maybe if it’s possible to get it swapped the worker there told me in extremely bad way that it’s my problem, I know it’s my fault but he could have said no we are sorry we cannot do that. Went there to buy 50 grams of salami, prosciutto and mortadella and were served twice with triple and once with 6 times the amount we ordered. After we paid and noticed that it was way too much, we made a complaint and were told that the minimum amount you have to order is 150grams. Which we were not told at the time of ordering. And to top it all off, the owner came out of the kitchen and tried to explain himself in Italian, which you obviously could not understand because we are from Vienna. Absolutely cannot recommend this place to buy food.

Horrible service, while the food was decent under no circumstance get your order wrong or you will be treated as if you were scum of the earth. The staff will either ignore you or be extremely rude so I definitely do not recommend this place.

This is the most absurd thing I have seen. You lied in your response and it does not make any sense. Why would I leave a 1-star review if I was so nice and complimented? Why would we lie?
