The worker was extremely rude, never experienced anything like it before. I ordered a coffee in english and she looked at me like i was stupid and kept talking to me in german in a rude manner although she understood that I am not from here. Also, she did not understand that i wanted a “double latte” although it was on the menu:/ Then, she was clearly talking about me to her colleague and laughing- only because i asked for something that was on the menu??? I got a big cup with milk with almost no coffee…..this was not a pleasant experience and it should not happen in a coffee shop located by a university with many...

The server is very rude, we tried asking what the fillings are for certain pastries that we couldn’t translate and find on google, but she kept repeating the names as if we were can’t read. Ich komm gezwungenermaßen oft her, weil‘s kaum andere Optionen am Campus gibt. Manche der Mitarbeiter:innen machen statt einem Kaffee eine Brühe. Die junge zierliche Mitarbeiterin, die heute (15.1 um 10:30) den Kaffee gemacht hat, sollte vllt mal einen Barista Kurs bezahlt bekommen. Es ist schon sehr frech dafür 3.70€ zu verlangen. Ich fühl mich so, als würde ich ein Glücksspiel spielen, jedes Mal, wenn ich hier Kaffee kaufen komme. Ist echt nicht böse gemeint, ich weiss, dass insb im Handel und in der Gastro eine hohe Fluktuation ist, aber zumind eine ordentliche Einschulung und die Bohnen nicht den halben Tag abgestanden in der Mühle zu lassen, sondern nach und nach frische Bohnen einfüllen, wären kleine Hilfestellungen, damit die Mitarbeiter:innen keine Brühe produzieren.
