We had such high hopes for Boho Crust and were so excited to finally try it, but what a disappointment. When we arrived, we were told our table would be cleaned in a moment. Instead, we sat and waited… and waited. It took forever just to get menus, even though the place wasn’t full. Then we had to wait again before we could order, and only then did someone bother to actually wipe our table. We ordered food and drinks. Drinks came after about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, people started pouring in and heading straight into the kitchen, warmly greeted and asked, “Oh, you ordered via Too Good To Go?” Within the next 10 minutes, we watched 17 individual people walk in and out, all carrying fresh, hot pizzas. Another table nearby even asked when their food would arrive. By this time, we had already been in the restaurant for 40 minutes, waiting 20 minutes for our pizza. When we asked how much longer it would take (or if we had to use Too Good To Go to actually be served), the female server snapped back arrogantly: “I know exactly when you ordered. If you don’t want it, you can leave! I can cancel it!” So we did exactly that, asked for the bill and said we’d leave. Instead of just doing so, she came back 3–5 minutes later, still prioritizing Too Good To Go orders over seated customers, and told us our pizza was already in the oven and we could just take it. We declined, reminding her we’d asked for the bill for our drinks. Had she spoken respectfully and told us upfront that the wait would be longer, that would have been fine. But watching 17 people leave with at least 11 pizzas while we sat ignored was insulting. Only after others in the restaurant started noticing did she suddenly apologize and offer us the pizza for free. At that point, the damage was done. Treating paying customers with disrespect, talking back to them, and then backtracking only when under pressure is no way to run a business. We left and went around the corner to Pizza Bro’s, where we were greeted warmly and immediately told: “Just so you know, the wait time is about 25 minutes.” That’s how you treat people. I’ll gladly wait 25 minutes for a pizza if I’m treated like a valued customer —...
Read moreThis pizzeria is a complete scam. I booked through TheFork with a 50% discount, but when I arrived, I was told the restaurant had “changed owner” and was now called “Boho Crust.” It was obvious, though, that it’s the same place, as the photos on TheFork match perfectly. Clearly, this is just a trick to avoid honoring the discount while continuing to attract customers.
The pizza was average at best and certainly not worth paying full price for—especially after being lured in with the promise of a discount that they refused to apply.
Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your time or money here—they clearly have no respect for...
Read moreThe good thing, the restaurant looks nice and there are a lot of vegetarian and vegan options available! But you have to be prepared to pay between 18-20€ for a very small (35cm) pizza. Even with only 10 guest present, be prepared to wait for roughly 50 minutes! Only to be told after 30 minutes, that you chosen pizza is not available! Even more ridiculous are the prices for drinks! The offer 0.4 liters homemade lemonade for 5.90€, but you will end up getting a small mug with 0.25l! Letting the waitress know her response is-there are so many mistakes on the menu and she can’t do a thing, not even a...
