Café Natural Winebar Espresso. — Restaurant in Vienna

Such a cringe experience! We were two and had only one weißer spriterzer each. Later went to the bar to pay, It was super uncomfortable that the waiter repeatedly asked for a tip, almost as if by force. While Vienna does have a tipping culture, I do not feel obligated to follow it—especially if I didn’t like the drinks, which basically was more sparkling water than a wine. The waiter initially mentioned the amount, but he didn’t even enter it into the POS device even after I confirmed it. Then, he started asking for a tip three times. We felt very annoyed and psychologically pressured, and even experienced a bit of aggression in the way he spoke and asked. We were attracted by the cool sitting deck. We waited to sit for a place and then we sat we asked to the waiter to guide us and he literally put his index finger very disturbingly close to my friend’s face without looking even at our faces rather than telling us that he is busy. His very rude body language was so cringe and unnecessary like a spoiled person but I don’t accept this spoiled and rude gesture from a person that I dont know. And then we asked for the menu and I did not use the please language to him because of his attitude and he even tried to correct us and continued to trigger us and we left the place. That is an experience from the start. I don’t recommend this place for any person to deal with those kind of spoiled, arrrogant and rude attitude,...

Very unpleasant experience.

Came in to politely ask if there’s a free table outside (many places in Vienna ask you to wait to be seated) and the staff at the bar said smth like “if you find one”.

Then we waited for them to clean the table we took - there weren’t any both free and clean tables - for about 10 min and eventually were ignored even though the same guy from the bar saw us sitting there.

Shame, the place looked lovely and we came there for breakfast which is supposed to be really good according to several local blogs and media. Unfortunately, we hadn’t a chance to even try it...
