I do not recommend this place. Tasteless "noodle soup", costs 8,5eur, tastes like water. I have added some soy sauce, still no taste, only soy. On the menu photo the noodle soup is advertised like a pho soup, which is a tasty broth, made of meat and bones. I have taken back my soup for complaint after eating only one spoon of it, leaving the full soup. I did not want to pay for it, but only for my partner's food which he ate. The personnel were very rude, refusing my complaint, threatening to call the police. We ended up paying, then I asked for the complaint book which they must have by EU law; they said they did not have; they sent us off that we should leave and go to the police ourselves to complain. In Europe, when you complain about the quality of food, and you don't even eat it, just send it back completely full plate, they do not make you pay. Here it is asia, not Europe. No respect for customers or feedback. 10 euros for tasteless water is too much. It is not a broth soup, it is water. You cannot make a tasty soup with only salt pepper and natrium glutamate. And they did not even consider saying sorry, or think that I might be right. 0 for service, 0 for customer service and 0 for taste. Avoid this tourist trap. Great restaurant, meals are prepared right in feont of you and the staff is very friendly! They offer reasonable prices and amazing food that you can also order as take-out- There are not many seats since it is on the smaller side but it adds to the cozy athmosphere.
