Fresh & Berry Bubble Waffles & Bubble Tea & Ice Rolls & Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Vienna

Usually I don’t post negative reviews but I was there at night on Monday 26 July - the girls did not wear masks, and they let other customers including several kids in the shop, who did not wear masks either - and they waited without masks inside the shop for quite a while (about 10 mins) until they got their waffles. (It took so long because the girls chatted with these customers for quite some time without consideration for other customers who were waiting outside the shop). Some other customers also just left without buying cause they got upset with the wait. The service was not good :/ pity cause I liked...

The yogurt is not bad. Not the best, but you can feel that it is made of real yogurt. However, the portions are tiny. I took the medium size and finished hungry. Normally, for me, the small size is enough. My friend, who took a waffle, also finished hungry. We both ended up by going to another place to buy dinner. In short, this place is ok but the price is high for what you get. I will probably not buy there again.

Edit: Thank you for the nice reply. As I wrote, for me frozen yogurt is a whole meal. Indeed, in my country the portions are bigger. I will come again and will try taking...

I had an absolutely horrible experience with the açaí bowl I ordered from FRESH & Berry. The açaí was extremely watery and tasted like unripe banana — nothing close to real açaí. Whoever decided to put this product on the menu should be ashamed of selling something that so clearly is not açaí. Even the color was completely off and didn’t resemble açaí at all. The taste was terrible, and it’s obvious that if they can’t make a proper açaí, they should remove it from the menu. Without a doubt, this was the worst açaí I have ever...
