Vain—that’s the word that came to mind when I stepped in here. Their ice cream honestly falls below the standard you’d expect in Vienna. But this place isn’t aiming to impress locals; it’s clearly a tourist stop. They know their clientele—people passing through. The experience is transactional, like McDonald's or Burger King: get in, get out.

Service is hit or miss. You might get someone welcoming, or someone snarky. And no, there’s nothing wrong with asking for prices before ordering. I’d happily pay €1000 for a laptop or €500 for a phone if it has all the specs I need. But I won’t overpay for something basic, no matter how much you gaslight me....

Rude staff. No service-mind. The first old staff didnt listen anytging as I would like to try some flavors but he didn't listen and rush me to order and keep said long queue. Dont care even I ask for English speaking and said something cannot understand. Why do I order If I have no idea which flavors I'd like to? Other staff still has willingness to try any flavors as customer want but this old guy is ridiculous and one of the WORST SERVICE I've ever expereienced.

Last time I came here with my parents, we had ice cream inside, and it was really delicious. This time, we came back, and the quality was still excellent. I even left a tip because I was happy with the service.

However, when we sat outside, the staff came over and told us we couldn’t sit there just for ice cream — we had to order something from the café to sit down.

What really disappointed me was their rude and impolite behavior. Not only did I regret leaving a tip, but I also lost my appetite completely. In the end, all three of us threw away our ice cream because of their...
