Before I came to Vienna, i did some research about Chinese restaurants in Vienna, this restaurant seemed pretty famous, so i was pretty existed to go there. However, it ended with only the big disappointment. The waiters are really rude and I have never experienced such bad services in my life, and I told myself that never come back again to this restaurant. We came there during the lunch time, and one Waiter was really rude without saying anything and "threw" the Manu to us. he reacted like that we have done very bad things to him before but we just wanted to eat there. I don't know why he was so rude even I don't know him. After the meal a waitress came to charge the bill, it was the same with very cold face. I really don't know how a restaurant could do a business like that. we just wanted to order food and we don't owe you anything I am sure the boss of this restaurant doesn't care about my comment, because the resturant always gets many big travelling Chinese groups and I am sure the restaurant can earn good money from that. But what you have done is just destroying your own reputation, one day when there are not so many loyal customers, and i am sure all these travelling groups will...
Read moreExtremely rude staff. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a frown from a waitress that seemed almost insulted at the fact we came in. Thereafter we were served by an impatient and nothing but rude waiter. They used order sheets so it wasn't that he had to wait at our table as we decided, but he kept coming back and forth to our table only to give us an annoyed look while we were still marking what we wanted on the sheet. If the service itself wasn't bad enough the food was mediocre at best. We ordered what I guess was supposed to pass for zhaliang, only to get a soggy, and possibly made the day before, mess. Quite frankly, half of the dim sum they served was subpar at best, with the quality on par with the frozen stuff you get at supermarkets (might have been too for all we know). Cost was pretty outrageous too, 2.60 each person for a single pot of tea? Not sure if Buddha would be happy, we...
Read moreAfter reading the reviews, which are rather average, we were at first sceptical, whether we should eat at a place, which sounds more like a stereotypical restaurant. Since we did not find any other good restaurant we finally went and we were so happy to have taken the decision. The restaurant offers a big variety of dim sum and you should also try the duck. It is very authentic and when I ate there for the second time, I was the only blonde guy among about 70-80 Chinese eating there for dinner.
Definately a...
