Great value. I can't remember the last time I saw a ramen menu under €15 in Vienna.

Huge plus: ALL RAMEN DISHES CAN BE VEGETARIAN! They can substitute with tofu instead of meat. Unfortunately, they kind of got my order wrong (maybe because I'm not good enough at speaking German?): I wanted to replace the pork with tofu, which they did, but they also replaced the broth with the vegan one, which I didn't want, and they replaced the naruto (fishcake) with a radish. It was still tasty but I was looking forward to meat broth and naruto. They did get my order correct as far as omitting the green onions though, so maybe it's just my fault for being so picky.

Regarding the noodles: they are not authentic Japanese ramen noodles. They are more similar to Chinese style lo mein. They are still tasty but they are not ramen.

If you like REAL spicy, look no further—the jigoku ramen ("hell ramen") is actually spicy, not the toned-down Austrian version. I was pleasantly surprised by the spicy broth.

Random note: their spoons are huge. See photo. I think I can fit 3 eggs...

The space is compact, Naruto-nerdy. The menu hints at Chinese influences, with options like Tan-tanmen. The menu favors simplicity. I noticed the Hokkaido ramen with butter, but after past misadventures with butter in ramen or udon, I opted to pass—perhaps one day I’ll summon the courage. I settled on the classic black garlic ramen, and it did not disappoint. The broth was smooth and flavorful, carrying the smokiness and warmth of the black garlic. The noodles were perfectly al dente, with a chew reminiscent of spaghetti.

Generosity defines this place. At €14.50, their ramen sits at the lower end of Vienna’s central offerings, yet the portions are ample. I hope they will expand to...

Amazing Ramen bar in the heart of Vienna. For starters we shared a chicken nanban, which tasted great, despite being a little cold. Afterwards we had a black garlic ramen and tan tan men. The broth tasted authentic and creamy. The chashu was one of the best I ever had, super tender and extremely aromatic. Just thinking about it again makes my mouth water. The ramen (€ 14,50) is a little less expensive than in other ramen bars, making it a good value deal. If there would be a little more broth in the ramen it'd be perfection. All in all a wonderful ramen bar, we will come...
