I tried the Nutella and raspberry pancakes at Kaiser's Pancakes, and they were absolutely delicious! The combination of warm, fluffy pancakes with rich Nutella and fresh raspberries was perfect. One thing I really appreciated is that the pancakes didn’t contain alcohol or gelatin, so the staff confirmed they were halal-friendly, great to know for anyone with dietary concerns.

Viyana’nın ünlü tatlısı olan Kaiserschmarrn’ı denemek için uğradık. Burada oldukça popüler bir tatlı olsa da bize Türkler olarak çok farklı gelmedi. Çünkü Türkiye’de evde pancake ya da krep yaptığımızda üzerine çikolata ekleyip içine meyve doğrayarak yediğimizde ortaya neredeyse aynı tat çıkıyor. Kaiserschmarrn’da da durum tam olarak böyleydi: hamur küçük parçalar halinde servis ediliyor, içine meyve doğranıyor ve üzerine çikolata ekleniyor.

Lezzetliydi, hafifti ve güzel bir tatlı keyfi sundu; ama açıkçası çok özel veya bambaşka bir deneyim gibi gelmedi. Türkiye’de alışık olduğumuz tatlara oldukça benziyor. Yine de Viyana’ya gelmişken yerel bir tatlı denemek isterseniz güzel bir seçenek olabilir.
