Manzana — Restaurant in Vienna

I've been here before last year and the food is really really good. However, the service was really below average. I wanted to give another chance again yesterday. The opening hours were listed at the entrance as 17.00 and we were there at 18.15. The restaurant was completely empty, which is okay, and couple minutes later somebody from the staff showed up. When we asked if there was a place for 2 people she was visibly annoyed and she said there is only one table available outside and we could take it if we want it. The place she described had no chairs to sit. I understand that an establishment can be understaffed at certain time but then the opening hours can be changed. Phenomenal food, and excellent service. I highly recommend the Paella it is well worth the wait. I dined with a party of 5, we ordered some tapas as appetizers to gold us over while we waited for paella. I had the Chicken paella and I truly believe this restaurant is worthy of at least a bib gourmand rating, possibly even 1 Michelin star. (Based upon my experiences at bib gourmand and 1 star restaurants)

I am truly surprised that they weren't busier, don't sleep on this option, it is truly a hidden...

It has a very very cute terrace but prices are too expensive in terms of quality and quantity and the pincho de tortilla española, even though it didn't taste bad, was pretty weird, not very much the Spanish way of tortilla unfortunately - for example, the potatoes inside were not fried but cooked... It was also difficult for the waitress to understand the idea of gluten crossed contamination but the place is really agreeable and it was a good...
